For additional sleeping space, the cozy living room includes a convenient pullout queen bed from the comfortable couch.

You get access to a private garage apartment with a tiny home feel, decorated with local Austin art, and run by hosts with over 10 years experience. We live in a quiet South Austin neighborhood with easy access to major roads, the airport, and downtown. We're two miles from Interstate 35 and State Highway 71, five miles from Bergstrom Airport, and six miles from downtown and the Austin Convention Center. We're less than a block from the #311 bus route and half a mile from the #7 bus route.

Modern and Cozy South Austin Studio

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

South Austin Modern Guest suite!

Welcome to Blue Ranch Suite! Luxurious guest suite located in a quiet South Austin neighborhood. The perfect little getaway spot, whether visiting Austin for its many attractions or for work. Blue Ranch Studio has a king size bed, sleeper sofa, and trundle bed to sleep a total of 4people comfortably. The kitchenette setup in the corner is great for morning coffee and storing drinks and snacks.We have really enjoyed this suite and look forward to sharing it with you in here in Austin, TX!

Chore-Free, Private Guest Suite

This is a completely private guest suite with living room/office, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There are no shared spaces at all, so you can enjoy your privacy! The location is 10-15 mins to the airport and downtown Austin, around 20 mins to CoTA, and one block to a mini-mart, neighborhood grocery store, Mexican food restaurant, and bus stops. But the best part? Your stay is chore-free AND there's no cleaning fee!

Home Away From Home in South Austin

I am 15 minutes to Downtown and about 10 minutes to the South Congress area. Walking distance from convenience stores, cafe's, and restaurants. I'm happy to give recommendations to nearby restaurants :) Note: Check-in is at 4pm CST. Check-in instructions will be sent at 11am CST on check-in day. No parties allowed. No smoking anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas. No pets. Zero tolerance policy for the above.

We have taken every opportunity to provide comfort with black out shades, a high quality mattress and upscale bedding. Enjoy a calming view of open countryside and the adjacent 20 acre greenbelts while still being close to many shops and attractions.

You’ll have a private entrance to the master bedroom and bath in this quiet, walkable neighborhood. We’re a stone's throw from a quick bus to Zilker Park or downtown. Wake up & enjoy coffee on the porch, or walk around the corner to one of Austin's favorite breakfast spots. After a day exploring, come back to relax and grab take-out down the street from a local restaurant or food trailer.
