Rob and Marie were warm, welcoming, and flexible. I had to work virtually in the mornings and Marie offered me coffee each day, which I really appreciated! Our bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean and sunny. Lots of plants and a pleasing aesthetic. We would definitely stay again. :-)

I am so grateful Miranda's home was available when we were going to San Francisco for our friends wedding. They live in the same neighborhood and it made it so easy for all, especially with activities centered at their home before and after the wedding. Wish we would have been able to spend more time at the home but it was a busy and fun filled 3 days and nights with wedding and other planned activities. Recommend you all read the information Miranda sends ahead which includes things like the lock box combination which I didnt realize was an issue until check in. I just assumed the key code for the door was all that was needed. This place was amazing and we were all friends of the wedding couple but hadn't met before and we all got to be forever friends. Miranda we all loved it except not so much the single lady who ended up in the kids room. But she ended sleeping on the very comfortable living room couch and was happy that it was an option.

Gorgeous condo with a perfect location on Santana row. The place was clean with plenty of appliances and extras to make the stay comfortable.

Stayed at Farzad’s place for ~10days for a business trip and would stay here again! Some highlights — great location with lots of food options, very flexible & communicative host, and well-designed living space (w/ lots of plants 🌱). Would recommend you staying here ☺️

This stay was excellent! You are right in Santana Row which has great eating and shopping and you also get an indoor parking space which is very convenient. Ginger and Justin were very kind and easy to communicate with! Ginger even takes the time to meet you in person and show you the apartment and make sure all your questions are answered which is a nice personal touch! Thank you Ginger and Justin!

The place is spotlessly clean and modern. The location in the fun, new urbanist context of Santana Row is fantastic with restaurants and shops just downstairs. It is also surprisingly quiet despite the location. While we experienced some challenges with the key fob for the lobby entry we enjoyed our stay. The place also comes with off-street secure parking which is also a plus.

Setting is in a more urban residential area. Still, it was quiet and private. I appreciated the proximity to family I was visiting. Thank you for making this comfortable location available. Rick

Webster is a responsive host, when the sink was jammed, he called the plumber and proceeded the whole thing very quickly. The condo is clean and convenient, felt like at home. Will back next time

Nikil's place in San Mateo is in a very good location for accessing downtown San Mateo and the neighborhoods around it, which was important for us since we were visiting our daughter, who lives just south of downtown. That part worked really well. We had understood that 3 people could stay in the apartment but misjudged the size of the sofa, which we thought someone could sleep on. As it turns out, the sofa is a very small loveseat so that wasn't possible. It isn't possible for a third person to sleep there unless they are on the floor or in a port-a-crib. Everything else was fine -- comfortable and well-equipped. Nikil was very communicative. The building is pleasant and safe and we enjoyed being there!

Great location. We had one of our office guests stayed at the place. He felt very comfortable with the location. The local vibe of Willow Glen is really hidden jewel in San Jose area and 5 min drive to San Jose downtown. Thank you!

Ryan is a great host answered all of our questions, addressed our requests/needs promptly. A neat safe place near shopping and close to Stanford university met our goal of staying in the area.

We had a lovely stay for almost 3 months -- 2 people and a small dog. It was a very good value. I want to call out the hosts for being very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend them. The review by "Volkan" in October 2024 is very accurate and detailed. There are some cautions to be aware of, but nothing caused significant problems for us. I worked from the bedroom several days, and bought electrical adapters from Home Depot to deal with the wiring. Nearby Henry Schmidt Park was a fun place to take the dog. Neighbors were friendly.

This was an excellent stay. I was in for 7 nights and felt like home. The instructions were clear and easy to navigate. Will stay again when I am back.

This place was perfect for 4 people and 2 dogs. We were very worried because the price was too good compare to other place. I will be honest, this place is not a 5 star hotel or a new luxury condo, but very comfortable and homy place. Since this place is for long stay, there is no amenity such as toilet paper, tissue, soap, shampoo, detergent, etc. But we wanted to use our favorite anyway, it was not issue for us. The best thing with this place is the host! That was the most important this for us. They were very nice and responsive. They respond right away and solved the issue quick. We had a trouble with keys when we moved in. So, I called the host, and he answered the phone and helped. The dishwasher was clogged and toilet had leak when we moved in (not their fault but previous renter), they arranged the repair right away. The TV was not working well, and they bought a new TV for us. The place was not fancy but I felt like I was in my own house. I really enjoyed the stay.

Great host- from the time we booked the Airbnb until the time we signed out (and after), Kwesi was always available, and genuinely interested in how we were doing G, what else we might need, etc. Great place- clean, quiet, beautiful, nice location.

The apartment is placed in a perfect position. You can find everything you need in a walking distance like a supermarket, good places to grab something to eat and gyms. the check-in was easy and perfectly matched the description Dee provided me before the arrival. The house is very spacious and the kitchen fully equipped. I recommend this place for a comfy stay in Palo Alto.

Great place, comfy, and felt like a home. The location was easily accessible to major roadways which made driving very easy. With a host who was very responsive and clear, there was nothing else that I would ask for out of a vacation stay.

Allen was very good with communication and flexible to ensure support and best service. The unit was very comfortable and spacious. The location is unbeatable near lots of eating joints at Santana Row. A dedicated parking spot in the garage was a big advantage. Recommend for long-term stays too.
