Enjoy hearing the birds, watch squirrels play in the trees, drink your coffee outside as the morning sunlight shines through. You can leisurely stroll by the Ruritan Park to Studio 32 Gallery and Gift shop on weekends. In 10 minutes drive to Merchants Millpond State Park. Historic Edenton only30 minutes.

Watch the the sun rise over a panoramic view of the Currituck Sound from your private balcony as you enjoy your morning coffee. Private and located in the quaint community of Waterlily just 30 minutes from OBX and the Virginia line.
