Amazing place to stay

Lots of room. Big private back yard for our dog to run around. Fun games in the game room. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

This is the perfect place. Carolyn is modest with her description of her home. This is amazing. The view of the river is great. Home was decorated beautifully. My sister called it fancy. Carolyn gave total access to her home plus detailed instructions for access to the internet. She responds immediately and walks you through whatever you need. Although their are plenty of fish and crabs restaurants near, you don't want to visit one because you can catch your own right from your own private dock. The dock is screen, keeping buzzing insects out. The hom is located across from the public loading docks. I rented jet skis that delivered and picked up rather than meeting at the public dock. The dock is a bonus, especially since it rained. I could sit and watch the rain without getting wet. Probably the most amazing, I saw a dolphin. It came to the dock, looked at me, and swam away. I strongly recommend Carolyn's home.

We loved our stay while in town attending the high water music festival. The location was perfect to get around town and to get to riverfront park. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy too.

We had a great stay at Dana's place, and the dogs loved the big back yard!

The property was clean and accurately represented in the description. This is a great location with easy access to Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Becca provided clear instructions and we didn’t have any issues with our stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would return in the future. Thanks!

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Highly recommend! It looks just like the photos & everything was as described! The house is lovely & cute & perfect for a girls’ trip! One thing I will note (but not dock any ratings for as this was expected) is there are a LOT of stairs to even get to the main floor, then the additional spiral stairs to the top level—so that’s something to consider if this may be an issue for you. I live in a 4 story townhouse at home, so the stairs didn’t phase me, but some of the girls were out of breath haha! Personally I don’t have a problem with the stairs but if you have an injury or something that makes it difficult to go up stairs, then I would recommend renting the downstairs unit instead! Anyways, this house is too cute to spend all my characters on the stairs, so moving on—it was adorable & lovely! We requested late checkout til Noon which was approved, and would stay here again in a heartbeat !! Walkable (or pedi cab !!) to bars etc.!

Sue was a wonderful host! Everyone had a great time and kept commenting on how well-appointed the house was. We appreciated her hospitality and communication throughout our stay. We will be sure to book again when we are in town!

We enjoyed our stay here. We stayed with our almost 5 year old and didn’t feel cramped (if you have more than one kid or a bigger kid it might be a little tight). Joseph gave great recommendations for North Charleston spots as well which was very helpful. Yes the place is a bit away from the beach and such but we didn’t mind driving and seeing a lot of Charleston. We’d definitely stay there again.

An exceptional stay in a beautiful space. Nice touches like bedside chargers and sound machines were appreciated. I also appreciate starter packs of detergent, trash bags, etc. The coffee station with creamer made mornings smoother. Comfy beds, nice linens, plenty of towels. I took morning walks through the delightful areas around the apartment. Also, great instructions with photos on how to find the entrance. Super responsive hosts. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Walkable to King St. Super easy check out. I would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful stay at a beautiful place! The inside was spotless with great Charleston charm. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and supplies for cooking. The showers had great pressure and held the hot water for a good amount of time. The backyard area was even prettier than the photos and WOW was that hot tub fantastic to close out each night (helped our legs from walking so much)! Wonderful restaurants nearby and felt completely safe at all times. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time at Joseph’s place! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay (shampoo/soap, plenty of towels, laundry detergent, etc). Check in and out was an absolute breeze. Very quiet neighborhood and listing was very accurate and appreciated the accuracy in terms of distance to beaches & downtown. 10/10 recommend!

Quiet, private, great layout, very cute. Loved how quiet and private it was yet in walking distance to King Street and the downtown tourist sites. Very clean and well-appointed, bathrooms larger than expected. Would definitely stay here again!

Joseph is an extremely gregarious, helpful, and generous host. When check-in was delayed due to a packed cleaning schedule on the Friday of a busy Charleston weekend, he reached out, gave us great dinner recs, and issued a small refund to make it right. The location was perfect for our needs; the neighborhood is quiet and near cool North Charleston restaurants and shops of East Montague/Park Circle. Though not luxurious, the accommodations were safe and comfortable. The kitchen was updated and really nice, and the bed was great! It was so quiet that we had three divine nights of sleep. We may not book this precise unit again in hopes of something a bit fancier, but it was serviceable as a last-minute booking, and we hope to book another of Joseph’s properties in the future as he was BY FAR the best host we’ve worked with through AirBnB. Highly recommend!

Rob and Zack were perfect host! The house the breakfast the company was beyond high expectations and would recommend to anyone staying in the area to visit this bed and fantastic breakfast! I can not recommend this place any more than this. #1 choice!

Beth and Joe were so welcoming throughout my short visit to Charleston, SC. The place was easy to find and in a private neighborhood with easy off street parking. A short $20 uber into the center of Charleston also offered flexibility to my schedule for restaurants and evenings out. The place offered a relaxed and welcoming space for a number of days and I enjoyed both the accommodation and the helpful, yet not overbearing, advice and chats about the area.

Dan war ein lieber zurückhaltender Gastgeber. Er hatte soviele nützliche Dinge im Zimmer vorbereitet, und auch unerwartete. Es waren frische Blumen, Obst, Joghurt und Wasser da. Das war sehr nett und haben wir nicht erwartet. Es war eine tolle Terrasse genau vor unserem Zimmer und wir konnten hier toll frühstücken und Abendessen. Der Blick auf das Marschland und die Bäume im Garten waren superentspannend. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Danke schön

Catherine was so friendly you felt right at home. Beautiful and peaceful setting. She has two dogs that are friendly and love the hugs. Catherine thought of everything a traveler could use if needed.

Words can not describe this spectacular house and Amazing host! Felt like we were at home! Beautifully decorated! The jam and pimento cheese were spectacular!

We enjoyed beautiful weather during our whole trip. Sandie’s home is a delightful environment, especially the morning room where you will enjoy a wonderful home cook breakfast every day. DELICIOUS! The home is located in the best neighborhood in Summerville, beautiful houses surround, quiet area and very private. Just a short drive to all your sightseeing areas in Charleston. Sandie is very accommodating, has a good sense of humor, and very willing to please. We enjoyed her as a host and would definitely return. The room itself offers a large closet for storage, very light and bright room with 3 large windows and a super comfortable bed. This is located on an upper level but only 4 steps up. Sandie is a dynamic host and LOVES being your host. What else could you ask for? A 5+ hostess!

Fantastic place - friendly staff, easy access to the beach and restaurants. The natural light of the windows made the room a one of a kind experience.
