Nicola’s place is GREAT! The flat is big, has 3 balconies, one of which is more like a cozy outside terrace. It has everything, it is free of clutter but at the same time feels like home. Nicola is a great host, super helpful and responsive. Location is good, especially if you need the private parking availability. Overall walkable to wherever you need to be, even with a stroller. Best kept secret? Probably the fastest internet in airbnb/hotel in Italy! Almost 1Gbps! Book it!

Wohnung hatte eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Gute Kommunikation. Fußläufig zu allen Restaurants. Das Haus selber war etwas ungepflegt, die Wohnung selber aber sehr sauber!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. È stato un soggiorno stupendo dalla casa di Anna. Siamo stati accolti generosamente e con dolcezza. Era un vero piacere di ascoltare le sue storie. La casa è un piccolo paradiso con un punto di vista incredibile dal balcone e una anima tutta particolare. L’appartamento è situato perfettamente tra il centro, i ristoranti, la vecchia città ma è in una zona molto tranquilla. Grazie Anna.

A really lovely apartment. Gianmarco was very helpful with everything, especially with the BBQ. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment, however we had already passed it so took us a while to find it. From then on in no problems.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und unser persönliches Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer, der zum Verweilen einlädt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen - ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil, der Strand aber zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike lief problemlos und schnell. Für all unsere Fragen hatte er blitzschnell Antworten parat.

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect for visiting the beautiful beaches around. Our favorite was a small cave like beach close to Porto Pinetto. Our daughter enjoyed a lot the cats and chickens of the very nice neighbor lady.

Dalia è una persona squisita e gentile. L'appartamento è un luogo di relax con una splendida visuale dal terrazzo, sopratutto fuori stagione, su un'isola che è una vera e propria gemma. Abbiamo trascorso lì qualche giorno della nostra luna di miele e sinceramente mai ne è valsa così tanto la pena, speriamo di poterci ritornare. Apartament Maurizio I spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania. Mieszkanie ma bardzo ładny wystrój, że zwłaszcza szereg obrazów na ścianach. Jest dobry dla pary jak i małej rodziny. Właściciel wystawił poczęstunek co było miłym gestem. Zawsze odpowiada na wiadomości, jest pomocny. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko atrakcji i restauracji i marketu. Mały minus to uszkodzone szuflady w sypialni i czasami kanalizacja odbija i wydziela nieprzyjemny zapach. Dobrym pomysłem byłoby zakupienie czajnika do gotowania wody. Mimo to pobyt był świetny. Cieszymy się że mogliśmy tam spędzić czas.

Très jolie maison avec tout le nécessaire et dans un superbe cadre arboré (le jardin, et, au-delà, la pinède) à deux pas d'une belle longue plage très agréable pour les enfants. La pinède est en outre un lieu bien sécurisé pour que des enfants puissent jouer sans risque, à la période où on y était, qui était peu touristique. Simone a été extrêmement flexible sur les horaires (dans notre cas horaires franchement mouvants), et toujours très amical dans sa communication ! De plus, et cela devient rare sur Airbnb, le prix annoncé est bien le prix que vous payez (pas de surplus de type location de draps ou serviettes, taxes de séjour etc.). Je recommande !

Das Ferienhaus von Massimo liegt etwas abgelegen, eine Schotterstrasse führt einige hundert Meter der Küste entlang an diesen gemütlichen und ruhigen Fleck. Der Spaggia dei Francesi (kleine Lagune mit Glasklarem Wasser und feinkörnigem, weissem Sand) befindet sich ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt. Der Garten mit Pool und grosser Grillstelle ist mit einer Schutzmauer umgeben. Das Ferienhaus bietet viel Platz und eignet sich bestens für einen Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien oder einer Gruppe. Wir bedanken uns herzlichst für Massimo’s Gastfreundschaft! Gerne wieder!

We stayed at this apartment for 3 days. The location of the apartment was perfect for walking around the historical spots, architecture and restaurants. About 5 minute walking distance from central train station and bus terminal from which we could go outskirts of the city and the airport (by train only at that time). Gianfranco came to us at the front door of the apartment building by himself and check-in process was super easy, and he explained every details of the house utilities. Although English was not mother-tongue for both of us, there was no problem in communication.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu u Valentiny. Wszystko przebiegło bezproblemowo. Valentina czekała na nas i osobiście powitała nas chociaż było to w nocy. Jednocześnie udzieliła wszystkich niezbędnych informacji dotyczących pobytu, a także potrzebnych wskazówek o ciekawych miejscach do zobaczenia w Cagliari. Prawie codziennie kontaktowała się z nami, aby przekonać się czy wszystko w porządku. Miejsce tuż przy Ogrodzie Botanicznym jest wyjątkowo spokojne, blisko do centrum i na dworzec. W domu jest winda, co ułatwia poruszanie się. Żałujemy, że tak szybko minął nasz pobyt u Valentiny. Polecamy to miejsce wszystkim chcącym odwiedzić Cagliari.

Loved this location, check in easy peasy, restaurant beside the location was perfect. The apartment itself has EVERYTHING you’d need. stayed up late watching tv with partner, bathtub was perfect, bed area secluded and perfectly spaced, everything worked, check out 11 atm, everything perfect trust. we loved it

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war wie beschrieben. Super Lage und super Wohnung. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wij hebben een fijne week gehad op Sardinië, vriendelijke behulpzame host, reageerde snel op vragen. Het appartement heeft geen woonkamer binnen, maar wel een groot terras.

Dobrze wyposażony i czysty apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Pomocny, uprzejmy i życzliwy gospodarz, wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył i pokazał, był w kontakcie przed i w czasie pobytu. Miejsce jest bardzo spokojne, relaksowe; świetna baza do wypadów samochodem na liczne, różnorodne plaże w pobliżu oraz do zwiedzania południa wyspy. Na miejscu dostępna również plaża, choc nie tak atrakcyjna jak wiele innych obok (dojazd od paru minut do pół godziny samochodem). Malutkim minusem były tylko rozjeżdżające się materace na podwójnym łóżku w sypialni, ale nie wpłynęło to na zadowolenie z pobytu. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy!

En stor,fin och mycket ren lägenhet med balkong. Hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående värdar, trots viss språkförbistring. Det fanns många skällande hundar i omgivningen, men oss störde det inte. Vi som tycker om att laga mat, skulle nog ha uppskattat lite mer köksutrustning.
