Central location which was walkable to transport and sights. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. Looks like newly refurbished and very well maintained. Loved that basic cooking essentials (oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar) had been provided in the kitchen and snacks (toastada , spreads, jams and banana) and plenty bottled water supplied. The apartment is a ground floor 2 bedroom flat with windows looking into courtyards, so is dark as there is little natural light - but more than adequate with lights on. There is a small balcony overlooking into a back patio area below. Great value given the location and size. Francesco is super friendly and helpful, very responsive communication, and allowed us to leave our bags after check out so we could go have breakfast first (it was raining so was nice not to have to lug luggage around the streets).

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Antonia was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The accomodations were great and very roomie. The location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants in town. Thank you Antonia for making our stay enjoyable 😊

Had a great break for my 50th , Roberto having seen my passport turned up with a bottle of champagne to help me celebrate.He was a great host , always available to answer questions and quick on his responses!

Very clean and cozy. It is located in an area where you can walk to many local places of interest and sight seeing. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Enrica and her husband went above and beyond to help us find a parking spot and making our check in so much easier. They were very helpful making suggestions and showing us the house. Overall, the experience was wonderful. One thing to keep in mind for folks that are driving in, there is a ZTL around the town so you might want to be mindful or else you can get a fine. Aside from this, I would recommend staying here!

Very elegant apartment in an old building with plenty of room and spotlessly clean. The hosts were very helpful providing lists of places to visit and local restaurants. The apartment was within easy walking distance of the marina and old town. It has private parking and was very convenient for day trips out of Cagliari. One of the bedrooms was noisier due to the main road but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

L’appartamento “come a casa” è esattamente quello che promette. Noi eravamo in tre, due adulti e una piccola di 2 anni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’appartamento si trova in centro, ma in un contesto tranquillo. A due passi si trova tutto quello di che cui si possa avere bisogno. Inoltre dista pochissimo da tutte le più belle spiagge della zona. Marzia è stata un’ottima host! Se dovessi tornare a Villasimius non esiterei a scegliere nuovamente questo appartamento!

Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich persönlich von Maria empfangen und verabschiedet. Die Lage war klasse. Kurze Wege in den Ort und zu den Stränden. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Sogar Schirm und Stühle für den Strand waren vorhanden. Wir werden diese Wohnung gerne wieder mieten, wenn wir wider auf Sardinien sind. Danke Maria.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut – ein Top-Bett mit einer sehr guten Matratze, viele Steckdosen mit Adapter, sehr gute Internetverbindung, schöne Beleuchtung in jedem Raum– alles hat gepasst, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Cagliari, het appartement was top in orde en Renata heeft ons allerlei tips en tricks gegeven voor in de buurt. Een super fijne host en zeker een aanrader!

A very convenient and central location, short walk from main train station and at the heart of city with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, places to explore and close to supermarket. Margherita's place was exceptionally clean, plenty of lovely smelling towels and comfortable bedding. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, thank you so much for the coffee, tea, laundry pod and toiletries. The washer/ dryer was very helpful indeed. The property was very comfortable for my children, it was bright, airy and I really appreciate the pride taken in the cleanliness throughout the property! I would definitely recommend this property and should I be so lucky to visit Cagliari again, I would choose Margherita's place with no hesitation.

We had a great, late season stay in Buggeru, and found that the apartment fit out needs perfectly. Chiara was there when we needed a little help. Would book here again.

Ho alloggiato a casa di Corrado con la mia famiglia composta da 5 persone di cui 2 ragazzini e 1 bambino. Casa favolosa sotto tutti i punti di vista, dotata di tantissimi confort e con piacevolissimo spazio all'aperto dove poter mangiare nella calma del luogo, in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge del Sud Sardegna e il suo bellissimo litorale. Sicuramente torneremo in questa zona e da Corrado, persona fantastica sempre pronta ad aiutare e davvero ospitale. Grazie!!!

Appartement très confortable, équipé à neuf, joliment décoré, conforme à la description, accès direct à pied au chemin de ballade avec point de vue. hôte très sympathique, code de boîte à clef par whatshap. Parking voiture devant appartement pratique. juste dommage que dans toute la ville il y a de nombreuses maisons avec chenils, avec des chiens parfois qui aboient la nuit. Prévoir bouchons d’oreilles.

Die Anlage und die Umgebung sind wunderschön, perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit der Familie. Traumhafte Strände, auch Cagliari ist gut erreichbar, eine ruhige und saubere Wohnanlage mit großen Balkons in verschiedenen Himmelsrichtungen, sodass man immer je nach Tageszeit Sonne oder Schatten genießen kann. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch auch für ganz kleine Gäste :-) Vincent ist sehr gut erreichbar und war immer ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit großartiger Aussicht und tollen Stränden in der Nähe sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Cagliari. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, alles nötige vorhanden inklusive Grill etc. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut, Simonetta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man darf sogar Gewürze aus dem Garten nutzen. Eventuell teilt man sich die Terrasse mit anderen Mietern, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Alles super!

Sehr gut gelegen. Nahe zur Stadtzentrum. Pool mit schönem Ausblick. Alessandro immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft ist für ein Pärchen absolut ausreichend und fein. Das Badezimmer wurde renoviert (die Fotos sind noch nicht erneuert worden). Kleine Mankos waren: sehr feucht (Klimaanlage konnte da aber gut helfen), nicht so privat wie auf den Fotos, wenig Ablage Möglichkeiten (vielleicht noch 2 Kommoden dazustellen). Küchenausstattung war alles da. Host war proaktiv und sehr nett. Zufahrt ist sehr fragwürdig, die öffentliche Straße besteht nur aus Schlaglöchern (kann der Host nichts für) und geht relativ steil hoch. Etwas schwer zu finden, aber Host hat uns einfach von der Straße abgeholt :). Appartment liegt in Appartmentkomplex und ist nach Nord-Westen gerichtet.

Wir hatten 7 wunderschöne Tage in Patrizia’s Apartment. Unsere Ankunft war am Abend, weshalb wir erstmal von dem vermeintlich verlassenen Hotelkomplex mitten in der Natur überrascht waren. Doch das Apartment von Patrizia ist liebevoll und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir gar nicht mehr weg wollten. Die Umgebung ist ein absoluter Traum für Strandliebhaber und Freunde der Natur. Mit dem Auto ist die Umgebung sehr gut zu erkunden und man erreicht viele sehr schöne und ruhige Strände. Da wir nach der Hauptsaison dort waren, war der Hotelkomplex wenig besucht. Wir hatten den Pool fast für uns alleine und es war sehr ruhig und entspannend. Jeden Abend konnten wir den atemberaubenden Ausblick direkt aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Ein absolutes Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist für jeden zu empfehlen, der ruhige Tage in der Natur und am Meer genießen und dabei gleichzeitig in einem schönen gemütlichen Zuhause wohnen möchte. Empfehlung!!!

Die Dachterrasse war das nonplusultra. Echt toll. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und gebadet. Marwan war immer erreichbar bei grossen und kleinen Fragen. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts! Den Kaffee holten wir uns gleich vis a vis, war sehr praktisch!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Aussicht. Andrea ist ein toller Gastgeber, extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sowohl Check-in wie auch Check-out waren unglaublich flexibel und reibungslos. Kann es jedem empfehlen!
