Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home away from home, in a central but quiet location. Exactly as described. The house was lovely, with a private enclosed garden. My son and our pet dog had a great time! There was parking on the street right outside the property and also a drive way. Board games to play, and we really appreciated the tea or coffee on arrival with fresh milk too. Mark was a perfect host, and really saved the day for us and was on hand immediately if we needed assistance. We have family that live nearby, so would love to come back again in the future. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

We stayed for 5 days and they were excellent. It was spotlessly clean with very high quality furnishings and equipment. Really could not fault Kathy’s communication which was timely and effective. I’ve stayed in many Air BnBs and at times it takes the whole stay to read through house rules not in Kathy’s it’s more just enjoy your stay than don’t do this and that. Would highly recommend. If I was to pick fault it would be in the listing as Tide house is EVEN BETTER than the photos 😁😁😁

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

A lovely little house with everything needed for a home away from home. Situated in a quiet residential area within easy walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Beautifully decorated with a cosy relaxing vibe a lovely place to stay.

This house is absolutely beautiful, so characterful and charming with the most gorgeous grounds and gardens. Jo was an amazing host and so helpful in advance of our trip, providing lots of tips and ideas for things to do in the area. We were 3 families with small children and she provided 2 travel cots and 3 high chairs - brilliant! We will definitely be coming back. The children fed the alpacas, ducks and chickens and played all weekend in the glorious garden.

Had a lovely time. Easy to get in and we all slept well the beds were very comfortable. The extras that were there eg milk biscuits, were a really nice touch. We thought the bathroom off the bedroom would be inconvenient but with a wc downstairs it was ok. Everything was really cosy and very welcoming.

Wonderful house with great sea views. The location was in close proximity to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and pier. Lovely host, extremely good communication and made sure everything ran smoothly. 100% recommendation.

Lovely stay at Shepley house. We had a great time, kids loved the pool and outdoor games. The garden and firepit were a real bonus and it was so relaxing to wake up to the birds singing. We had the most enjoyable three days and would love to come back one day.

We had a great time in Nicola's lovely home. Seagull's Rest is a hidden gem in beautiful Oulton Broads/Lowestoft where you will find everything you need to have a great stay. The nearby Nicholas Everitt Park has everything you need to keep kids and adults busy and happy for hours. And the pool on the premises is clean and well kept. Recommended.

Alan and Sue were perfect hosts. Place was easy to find, has everything you could possibly need and in a beautiful park.

The van was lovely, all the little touches meant so much. The hamper and Easter egg was such a lovely extra. Place was clean and was really a home from home. We loved our stay and would return. The site isn’t too big like normal holiday parks and had everything you need on. Great Yarmouth was 15 minutes up the road which meant when we returned back our daughter could wind down without any temptations of wanting to stay up. The caravan was so much bigger than we thought and even though there was three of us two bathrooms was an added bonus. All the little touches such as the Easter decorations, the condiments and have bread and milk when we got that was really something you don’t get with the chains. Lovely hosts from start to finish. We found Abbie's place was perfect for our weekend away. Its very comfortable, great location for dog walks and the local Chinese delivered, highly recommend Royal China 👌🏾 the kitchen had all we needed, the shower was great and the bed was really comfy. Pakefield Beach is a 10 min drive and is a lovely sandy beach. Abbie was great with communication and we really appreciated the late check out. We will definitely be looking to return.

We stayed here with our 2 children and our dogs . It was absolutely perfect . We had a wedding just a 4 minute walk from the caravan . We had come down from North Yorkshire and after a long drive it was lovely to come to such a clean , tidy along with everything you possibly needed. Just to say that Helen was a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much . We really enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place !

Enjoyable few days. Spotlessly clean, stylish & spacious house. We appreciated the games available and enjoyed a 3 day Monopoly game.

This was our second time staying at Corin’s cottage and it won’t be our last! It’s such a lovely well equipped property and the location is perfect for visiting Southwold.

The property was excellent. We were only there for one night. The only issue was the driving instructions are based upon approaching the property from Lowestoft. If approachiong from the South and if using Google maps you end up just down the road from the property. Jessica guided us in so all good.

The property was an absolute gem of a find. It suited two couples and a dog perfectly. there is a snug lounge and a sunny garden room which provided plenty of space. The kitchen area is small but lacked for absolutely nothing. the dining room is an absolute star and provides a lovely space in which to socialise. The bedrooms were both very comfortable. The house is simply full of art and other eclectic touches that make it feel like a cherished home. The garden is another standout asset with plenty of space to relax. It's an easy 15 minute walk in to town and Beccles has a nice mix of shops and facilities. T&T, who let the property, are fantastic communicators and made us feel genuinely welcome - a big thank you for this. If staying in the area again, this property will suit us very nicely and offers excellent value.

really nice stay beautiful cottage and garden very close to the local area and pub and local public footpaths would suggest a very small TV only because there's Limited things to do of an evening and possibly the option to have an air fryer for more cooking if wanting to stay for a longer period of time

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

This place is amazing. We often go away with our dogs and Suzanne’s accommodation was by far the best place we have stayed at this year. The cabin was spacious and had everything you needed for an amazing stay. The dog excercise field was a real bonus and of course the amazing hot tub. We can’t wait to return again!
