Southwold's beach and famous beach huts are just a few off-road steps away and the high street with its independent shops, pubs and eateries are just round the corner. I genuinely love hosting and I prepare the house myself making sure that each guest is carefully catered for and has a very special stay.

Historic seafront cottage, projector, piano etc

Historic 3-bedroom fisherman’s cottage on the seafront with fast wifi, all mod cons (projector, vintage stereo, Sonos, well-stocked kitchen), loads of character and superb location for beach and local attractions. “What a beautiful place you’ve put together here. This spacious corner house in Pakefield enjoys a quiet position with fantastic views of the sea and the medieval church opposite. The sand and pebble beach in front is only a few steps away. Pakefield is a quiet village just south of Lowestoft, a traditional sea side resort, with wide, sandy award winning beaches. These are within easy walking distance along the sea promenade lined with colourful beach huts. There are four bedrooms which sleep 7 plus a double bedsettee in the sun lounge.

A great place to spend some days relaxing by the sea, make a cuppa, walk, read, picnic lunch, have a swim and then have a snooze before a fish and chip supper. The hut is rustic, but comfortable, long benches with cushions for naps, and a stove and kettle. Ideal for couples, families and friends gathering. Doggie friendly.
