Absolutely amazing property and responsive host , moo cottage was outstanding and so peaceful, watching the wildlife on the door step was our highlight, clean well maintained with all amenities, very reasonable price. Can’t wait for my next visit . Kings head pub 0.5 miles through the grounds serve amazing food and so friendly. Perfect location for minsmere and Suffolk attractions. Sun rise across the grounds were stunning.

The Old Dairy was a really lovely place to stay - peaceful, characterful, spotlessly clean and well cared for. Miranda is a delightful host - very friendly and approachable. She gave us excellent advice about buying fish and chips - pop to Saxmunden (Trawler's Catch) then go to Aldeburgh, rather then queuing for hours in Aldeburgh! Excellent fish and chips, and straight to the seafront on arrival! We had a really lovely few days – even the weather was beautiful!

We had a lovely stay at this cottage! It was set up really well for us with a great twin room for our daughters, lots of games in the lounge and the kitchen area onto the big garden was great for the dog. The cottage is positioned really well, close to Snape and Aldeburgh, the farm shop is a 4 min drive and had everything we needed. We did lots of lovely walks including to the local village pub. We were really lucky with the weather and the garden having fields on 2 sides gave us beautiful views morning and night. The chocolates were also a highlight!

Beautiful, peaceful location, lovely local walks. Chris was very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for us to stay whilst attending a wedding at St Peters Hall, Chris recommended very good taxi company for us to use too. Georgie the dog was a welcome visitor! Nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast with beautiful views. The breakfast items were a lovely touch.

Debbie was a great host. The instructions to get in were clear and easy to follow. The place was perfect. We found everything we wanted. There was a list of local restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our Easter at the Stable. Thank you.

Perfect Stay at Helen’s, We had a very relaxing long Easter weekend at the Barn with my elderly parents and we even brought our kitten! Helen was very responsive to messages and went above and beyond to secure the cat flap so our kitten couldn’t escape! The garden was glorious with long sweeping views over the English countryside. We enjoyed the remote and peaceful location. There were fabulous trail runs from the gate which we enjoyed at the start of every day. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely stay at Sharon’s place for Easter 2025 with our family of 6. The house is amazing and huge. The living room has a wood burner and is a very cosy. The kitchen is very well equipped. Our 8 year nephew loved the games room and huge garden. We would 100% come and stay again. Thank you.

A very peaceful location. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pop was extremely kind and helpful.

The house as just what we wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday with family. Peter was very helpful and allowed us to check in early due to a family car emergency and he even recommend a local garage to help. Everything we needed was included plus a lovely breakfast pack , biscuits and wine.

We absolutely adored Rebecca and Joe's little Granary! It was beautifully renovated, feeling both modern & clean but also quaint & cosy. We loved everything, but standout spaces were the cosy beds, functional kitchen, easy to use shower and pretty garden! Joe was really helpful throughout our stay and we really appreciated his responsiveness. If you're debating whether to book this place, just do it!

Lovely place with plenty of space and large kitchen, bedroom as well as enclosed garden for the dog. Lots of things to do near, with beaches and walks our highlights Village maid does excellent food, was a shame/ slightly strange that no pubs were open on Sunday evening. Also ate at Ingham Swan which was lovely. Seal viewing is a must!

This is a really stunning property in a beautiful location - just 20 minutes outside of Newmarket; having been to an awful lot of (also lovely!) Airbnb’s over the years, I can honestly say this is one of the most nicely presented - so many thoughtful touches inside and out, and nice welcome gifts - super friendly hosts, and a really stunning, spotless property. The price is quite high compared to some but it’s such a lovely place and such a pleasure to stay at - all of the fittings are extremely high spec. Everything is clean, comfy and just what was needed for a lovely weekend away. We are already planning for next year !

We had such a lovely stay, the property had everything we could have needed or wanted and more!!! We felt at home right away and loved how clean everything was. The homemade cake was such a lovely touch too! Thank you for such a great stay.

We’ve just got home from a wonderful 3 night stay at Red Hare Barn! The property is beautiful, finished to a really high stand and completely luxurious. It’s a great base for exploring the pretty villages, clean beaches and popular towns that Suffolk has to offer. We were greeted by Paul on arrival who kindly showed us around then left us to settle in and enjoy the yummy welcome treats. A great time was had by all & we’d highly recommend a stay here. We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

Fantastic 3 nights spend with my wife and dog. Beautiful surroundings and extremely peaceful. The barn is very well equipped, very charming, great bed and an exceptional bathtub! Nicola is a fantastic host and extremely helpful. We will return for sure!

Absolutely amazing place. All the extra touches like the bottle of wine and criisps and Easter eggs were so thoughtful. Katherine and Andys communication was 5 star too. The ambiance was great. The log burner - Aga - dimmable lighting - comfy beds - toiletries etc erc made our stay extra special. Loved the cute chickens too! Would most definately recommend and would love to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 adjoined cottages as it gave extra space and privacy too. The games room is inspired - a refuge for older children or adults with table tennis, table football, a radio and outdoor games but an independent goal for our toddlers too with gocarts and balls. Walking routes from the door meant no travelling by car for us so we'll have to visit again to see some of the many sights we've yet to visit! There are quite a lot of stairs between all the cottages which the children loved but put their parents on guard! The views the hillside afforded though were magnificent. And the animals on the working farm were a source of delight. Well equipped, Kate was on hand should we have any queries.

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the barn. It’s exceptionally well thought out with everything you could need and much more! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays. Sitting in the hot tub as the sunset was a particular highlight! We did a couple of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside & along the river and had a good lunch at The Sun Inn Dedham. Thank you Melissa, we’ll be back!

The old stables is the right place if you are looking for a peaceful getaway around Suffolk/Norfolk. Beautifully furnished with attention to every detail, from linens to outdoor decor. Daniel and Adam ensured we felt right at home, giving us tips on what to do around the area, providing parking for our car, and mostly accommodating our sweet bunny. The cottage has everything you will need, and the garden space is quiet and private. I would highly recommend this place, especially for how friendly and accomodating Daniel and Adam have been to us.

Beautiful area and accommodation was very comfortable and homely. John was great with communication and very helpful. Would happily stay there again.

A wonderful Easter break in Drover's cottage. Beautifully-appointed space, roomy and very peaceful, we loved the dog walks from the door & the friendly locals we met. The surrounding countryside is stunning and very accessible, but equally we enjoyed the proximity of Bury St Edmunds, probably one of the most dog-friendly places we've ever been to! We'll definitely return, thanks for a lovely time, Sara.
