Great apartment. Very close to beach and pier. 5 min walk to High Street. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Laura the host was very helpful. Would stay again.

Sea View is a comfortable flat which is in a perfect location for visiting family in the Southend area or exploring this part of Essex. The flat has a lovely view across to the River Thames estuary. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom with hot shower and a comfortable lounge / dinning room. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking for a small car with off road free parking for something bigger. The flat is easy to access with clear instructions for the key pad and with using the heating etc. The flat is in a good location for many tourist attractions in the area and within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the shore line. Trevor is a very helpful host who provided lots of information and advice prior to our visit. He was very understanding when we reported an minor accident to a furnishing and we resolved the issue amicably. Thanks Trevor and our apologies.

The Old School Room was simply perfect! Everything we needed was provided, the apartment was spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. We felt so at home and super comfortable. Upon arrival, Mike was extremely welcoming and Judith was very quick to respond to our messages. The apartment is very well located on a peaceful road overlooking the sea. All in all, an absolute gem of an Airbnb!!

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

Had an absolutely amazing holiday in Paul’s apartment. It was lovely and peaceful and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Clear instructions for everything we needed and great communication with Paul. Will definitely come to stay here again sometime soon!

Matt was extremely helpful with check in details, and was happy to be contacted at any time. The flat had everything we needed, and was so close to the seafront, with a lovely balcony for a sunshine breakfast, or moonlight drink. Happy to recommend, and will certainly be returning ASAP Paul & Liz

Great place for a long weekend in Suffolk. Location was amazing, and plenty of space for our group of 7. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

The house was a stunning place to spend a few days. We had our 3 kids with us ages 3 and 6. They had fun just tearing around the courtyard but we also were able to walk to the beautiful beach. The house was spotless and perfect for our needs. The kings arms opposite does a great plate of food and was really kid and dog friendly. We had a great stay and we’ll be back!

The Mizzen is peaceful, very spacious and extremely well located to enjoy all the many treats Southwold has in store.

Very nice house to stay in … with everything a large group would need for a relaxing stay … the garden is lovely with wonderful view of the beach which is accessible about 50m up the road …there is ample parking .. the hosts are very friendly… good communication … would definitely recommend 👍🏻

This was an absolutely perfect stay. The house is enormous yet homely, beautifully appointed and with the most breathtaking views. The pool and spa are an added bonus and the path down to the beach / estuary is gorgeous. All in all an absolutely fabulous place and we will be back. Thank you xxx

kleines nettes Haus , innen sehr nett und liebevoll, mehr als der äußere Eindruck verspricht...nahe zum Strand mit Parkmöglichkeit. Den kleinen Garten konnten wir wegen dem Wetter leider nicht nutzen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber

La Cappanna was such a lovely little gem which we found and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay for the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend! The beach was only a two minute walk away and was so quiet and there was lots of public footpaths to explore and plenty to see and do within an hours drive away! Happisburgh lighthouse is beautiful! 🤩 As for the accommodation itself - it is much bigger than the pictures look and it has a really secure garden if you are wanting to bring your dog 🐾 - and a big plus that the beds are so comfy and the bed linen is lovely and fresh on arrival! - as well as a little goodie bag with treats for humans and dogs; a nice little touch that you don’t get in many places and made you feel right at home! We will be back one day and will highly recommend to friends and family! Thankyou so much again Tommy and Naomi ❤️

Lovely 3 storey home, well equipped with very responsive hosts. Really enjoyed our stay here, the sun trap balcony was very welcome during the windy weather. Felixstowe is so great, three generations in our family cohort and we all loved it. Beach Street pizza and coffee were two highlights.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Thank you to Mark and Maxine for hosting such a fabulous apartment!

Sam’s place is at a fantastic location with everything within a short walk. The bed was probably the comfiest I have ever slept in. The place was spacious and stylish and had everything we needed. Would stay again and would recommend!

From making our booking communication was excellent and Fran was very responsive. Clean instructions on how to check in and park were given which made check in stress free. On arrival we found ample parking for two cars and the apartment is absolutely beautiful, the photos do not do it justice. It contained everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and tidy. The location - even though on a quiet residential road is the perfect place as a base. The beach is a five minute walk as it the town centre. Great pubs and restaurants and so much to do. A great location for visiting the many local beaches and attractions that are within an hours drive. I would love to stay again and am already making plans.

What a fantastic stay. Beautiful self contained apartment right in the centre of Cromer. Every utensil possible available, all kitchen facilities working perfectly. Very comfortable two bedroom sofa. Slept very well all 3 nights. Amazing information pack with everything you possibly need to know during your stay. Emma was extremely friendly and kind and was only a text away. Can not fault a single thing, was lovely and warm, very cosy and we felt right at home. Will definitely be recommending Emma’s place and will certainly be returning ourselves. Thank you so much for your beautiful hospitality and allowing us to stay in this beautiful apartment.

Fabulously stylish apartment, brilliant central Location. Superbly appointed: comprehensive kitchen utensils, really comfy beds and sofas. And when we asked for the bedding to be swapped out (our fault entirely, we forgot to Mention a feather allergy) the hosts came over within half an hour to make the change. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this lovely apartment.

We had a wonderful long Easter weekend at this apartment, booked easily even though it was very last minute due to being let down by another owner. Thank you to Caroline for being so helpful and super responsive. The location is perfect to explore Felixstowe on foot and it’s handy having private off-road parking. We played mini-golf, ate out at some great spots, used the huge park down the road, went to the arcades on the pier and swam at the leisure centre just across the road. The space is beautiful, spacious, clean and we had everything that we needed, and more. Clear instructions and helpful information on the pre-arrival details too. Our daughters didn’t want to leave! We’d love to return again.

A lovely well equipped apartment central to everything. The main high street literally a 5 min stroll. Liz was very friendly and helped with parking. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with everything you might need. An Easter egg and lemon drizzle cake was waiting for us on our arrival which was a thoughtful touch. Beds were very comfortable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.
