Muy buen airbnb, gerson es muy amable y nos recomendó un Tuk tuk que siempre nos llevo y trajo bien, nos aceptaron a nuestro gatito , la verdad 10/10 con el lugar tal vez solo la locación estaba un poco lejos pero fuera de lejos muy buen lugar para hospedarse , lo recomiendo!!

We had a very Lovely stay my brother Jacob and I. The room and the amenities was very good. We appreciated the helpful staff and the natural views and the guests which we met. We were there for a week in early February. Many Thanks to the staff..!!

We've booked the place for almost a week because I needed to do a bit of remote work and to have at least a good view (which was indeed very beautiful over the lake :-) ) + Clemente is very friendly and helpful; he was a bit sick at the time, but was very responsive and sent his son for check-in. Also when the nights were a bit colder then expected, he also sent over immediately a friend for an extra blanket, when we wrote him :-) + Beautiful view - Can be very loud at night, because of all the partying in San Pedro, so bring earplugs - some furniture was a bit dusty - at the beginning we were a bit afraid of the electrical shower head, because it uses so much energy that the lights get dimmer and it seemed to have no grounding... (but apparently such shower heads for hot water are very common in central america and we actually had no problems) + well enough equipped kitchen to prepare your own foods Overall i really recommend the place if you want to stay a bit in San Pedro, especia

Jättebra värd som var hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på alla frågor. Hon hjälpte till att koppla ihop oss med en chaufför som kunde ta oss från Guatemala City till San Pedro smidigt och säkert. Boendet var precis som beskrivet. Badrummet är verkligen i minsta laget, men det funkar och det var som vi läst i beskrivningen innan. Läget är kanon! Man kommer bort en bit från huvudgatorna så att det blir lite lugnare, men man har ändå gångavstånd till hela staden. Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse!

I stayed here on glorious week and could have stayed another. The place was exactly as described and the rooftop deck/kitchen was an amazing place to work and chill. It was a 50 yard walk to the lake and only a 5-10 walk to the main tourist area. It’s also about as peaceful as San Pedro gets. Town has a party vibe so you will still hear music at night and the occasional dog barking but nothing that even cheap earplugs can’t handle.

The apartment looked just like the pictures except the view of the lake was even better! We enjoyed the rooftop patio and loved being able to walk everywhere. The location was ideal given its right next to the dock. We’d stay there again and recommend it.

Beautiful views of Lake Atitlan! Penthouse on the top floor was beautiful. Room was clean, ceiling fan kept the room cool when we had hot weather. Bathroom is shared with other room on your floor, they only provide enough towels for one room, so maybe bring towels. The kitchen & water is located in the top floor, so expect some flights of stairs if you want to cook a meal or get thirsty. Pro-tip: pack light as the walkway to the hotel is fairly steep. Overall, it’s a great stay for the amount of money paid and the host always got back to us about any issues. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Hermosa casa en Santiago Atitlán con vista de la terraza al volcán San Pedro. Cada detalle de la casa está cuidado , es funcional , acogedora , amplia , impecable. Tienes muchas cosas para hacer : sauna , tomar sol y nadar en el lago, tomar una lancha para ir a alguno de los pueblitos . Susan es muy amable , precisa con las introducciones , José , que cuida la casa es muy agradable y comprometido con su trabajo. Es una casa para quedarse en una larga estancia , porque puedes relajarte realmente . Gracias Susan por compartir tu casa ! Mil por ciento recomendable .

Un hermoso lugar muy cómodo y seguro ideal para pasar unos días en familia

Tuvimos unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa maravillosa. La propiedad es preciosa, con vistas increíbles y un jardín espectacular que invita al descanso y la desconexión total. Las camas son muy cómodas, lo que hizo que cada noche fuera perfecta después de días llenos de tranquilidad y paisajes hermosos. Aunque el acceso a la propiedad no es el más sencillo, para nuestra familia fue toda una aventura que valió completamente la pena. Al llegar, te encuentras con un verdadero paraíso. Además, el equipo de Eliza y Vicky estuvo siempre con la mejor disposición para ayudarnos con todo, lo que hizo que la llegada y la instalación fueran mucho más fáciles. Pudimos disfrutar del lago y de la propiedad donde tuvimos la oportunidad de reconectar como familia, compartir momentos inolvidables y crear recuerdos que siempre llevaremos con nosotros. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Vicky y Pedro quienes estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Volveremos pronto!!

My friends and I had the best time at this airbnb. We loved it so much we wanted to spend all the time here. The space was more than enough for 9 of us. This place has so many amenities we felt like we had something to do all the time, especially the lake access in the backyard. We spent most of our time swimming in the lake and jumping from the pier. Also the heated swimming pool with a gorgeous view was perfect to relax after swimming in cold lake water. Adolfo was very helpful and responsive. Very grateful for salvador, rosa and bella for making us food and getting us anything we wanted from the town. They made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Hope to be back here soon :)

Excelente lugar para descansar, con una vista espectacular. EXPERIENCIA: Al llegar a la ubicación hay que subir unas gradas para entrar al apartamento, unas 45 gradas en un callejoncito por lo que no aconsejaría llevar a alguien con problemas de movilidad, el lugar vale mucho la pena, hay tiendas de barrio y un restaurante cerca, el apartamento es super limpio y ordenado, cuenta con todo tipo de amenidades, sala de estar, churrasquera, fogata, sartenes, estufa, microondas, refri, agua pura, televisión, camas limpias, sábanas, toallas, sanitarios y duchas super limpios, comedor, todo 10/10. VIAJE: Recomiendo viajar hasta Panajachel y de allí buscar la ubicación, esta a unos 20 minutos, recomiendo hacer super en Panajachel. ANFITRION: Estupenda atención, siempre respondió y estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y salida. Definitivamente volveremos, felicidades al anfitrión por su atención y tener impecable el apartamento, saludos.

Muy hermoso lugar, tranquilo, Selvin es la persona que está a cargo súper agradable y servicial. El lugar muy limpio. Quede enamorada del lugar.

Excelente ubicación con ambientes amplios y muchas amenidades. Una gran opción para compartir en familia o en grupos de amigos.
