Host was very flexible with a checkin , I was able tp check in early. He made us a Welcome coffee also, definitely recommend this hos for others, great experience.

Matthias ist ein sehr freundlicher und sehr netter Gastgeber. Er ist immer bemüht das alles passt und reagiert sofort falls etwas benötigt wird. Ich bin einfach super zufrieden in diesem Airbnb.

Die Unterkunft von Kevin entspricht 100% den Bildern. Der Checkin war einfach und flexibel. Die ganze Wohnung ist wunderschön dekoriert und blitzsauber. In der Küche ist eine neue Ausstattung und es fehlt an nix. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche duftet frisch. Alle Fenster lassen sich per Rolladen komplett verdunkeln. Der schöne Balkon lädt zum Barbeque ein, oder zu einem Glas Wein. Der TV ist schön gross und hat viele Sender. Das Klima ist in allen Räumen sehr angenehm. Das WC ist separat und das Bad hat Tageslicht was super ist wenn man Kontaktlinsen einsetzen will oder sich schminkt. Die Badwäsche ist blütenweiss und weich. Alles ist durchdacht und sehr einladend. Der Ort ist sicher und ruhig. Im nahen Welzheim können Sie in 5 Minuten Autofahrt, wunderbar essen, es hat tolle Bäcker, eine Eisdiele und einen Supermarkt und eine Apotheke. Die Gegend bietet römische Geschichte, Kunst und wunderschöne Natur. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt. Bravo!

Fatiha was a great host. We had a slight change due to the unit we booked was not available. However, the mishap was handled prior to our arrival and we were offered a similar high quality unit . So, there was no difference in what we had expected. Fatiha was very kind, answering any questions we had on the spot. Good communication throughout our stay. The place was very clean , stocked with towels and soap in the bathroom . The kitchen was stocked with the minimal cooking supplies and utensils to be able to prepare simple meals. Due to the fact that I was an int’l traveler she had extra Euro USB plugs to fit my US plugs for my chargers. She added special treats like a beautiful and delicious fruit bowl filled with the freshest fruits of apples, plums, banana etc. . She included wine, beer, and water in the fridge. The location was perfect. The U bahn tram was directly behind the complex, so we could easily travel in and out day or night. Ten out of ten ,I highly recommend.

Wir waren mit 2 Erw und 3 Kinder in der Wohnung. Wir hatten Freunde in dem selben Ort besucht. Für uns lag die Wohnung sehr günstig. Es war alles vor Ort, was wir brauchten und sehr ordentlich! Beim nächsten Besuch, werden wir die Wohnung bestimmt wieder buchen, wenn sie frei ist.

Schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Super Kommunikation.

Mario is a very friendly and hospitable host. excellent location, huge rooms. Gym 5+ !! Next time we will stop at Mario! That was an excellent 2 days!

Klaus and his wife Jane were beyond exceptional. The house is lovely and well appointed with the kitchen boasting two refrigerators. There is a large bathroom and an additional 1/2 bath downstairs for use. Klaus was accommodating and helpful, his wife incredibly exacting and encouraging to make use of all the amenities. They went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and happy, they even went so far as allowing my children and I time with their delightful little puppies who only add to the sweet ambiance of the residence. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a clean and hospitable environment. The additional renters even added to the quality and intention of a peaceful respite, everyone was lovely and quite respectful.

Ich war zum ersten mal bei Stefan und kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Stefan ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und sehr zu vorkommend. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde wenn ich wieder die Möglichkeit habe dort zu schlafen, diese nutzen.

Preis-Leistung ist hier mehr als Fair. Das Inserat ist genau wie beschrieben und alles war sehr sauber. Zwischendurch wurde das Bad auch gereinigt. Schnelle und einfache Kommunikation mit Ruby jederzeit. Sie hat eine sehr freundliche Familie und ich konnte mich auch zurückziehen. Mir wurde ein Fach im Kühlschrank zugewiesen und Abends kochen ging ohne Probleme. Der direkte Parkplatz vor der Tür ist auch super praktisch.

Great place, particularly kids friendly with very clean pool, Trampoline, easy to access garden, garage/car port inside the amenities ie direct access to garden from car. Also gas grill was easy to use and convenient. By car only 4-5 minutes to shopping area for groceries (eg edeka, dm). We did day trips to Lego Land (about 1 hours away), Metzingen outlet (30 min).

Perfektes Haus für eine Gruppe von Freunden mit Kindern. Das Hot Tub war ein grosses Plus, ebenso wie das Spielzimmer für Kinder. Es ist klar, dass sie auf Details achten, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Aktivitäten für Jung und Alt. Ausserdem reagieren die Besitzer Tim und Tanja sehr schnell auf Fragen und sind flexibel! Wir haben unser Wochenende genossen im Schwarzwaldhaus Schlossblick. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
