Upper two levels of my four level mid-century modern home with private entrances! Located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the foothills of the Black Hills and ~10 min from downtown Rapid City. This property features ample living space, a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary breakfast, plenty of natural light and a spacious back yard. It includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. I live on the completely separated lower levels of the home so you can enjoy the upper levels all to yourself!

This is the perfect location to access hiking, biking, scenic drives, and tourist attractions. **As we head into the winter months we want you to know that the Black Hills can receive significant snowfall. Enjoy this spacious modern A-Frame Cabin. Located just 5 minutes to Custer State Park. Experience views of the Needles Highway and Black Elk Peak while you drink your morning coffee! You will have access to the entire house all to yourself! Great area to hike, bike, see the fluffy buffalo. Just a two minute drive to downtown Custer. This area has great ATV and kayak, trail ride rentals near by! Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem.

Adorable loft carriage house with hot tub

This is the original carriage house from 1892 that has been converted into living quarters with a small fenced in outdoor space. The cozy cottage is made up of two levels. On the floor level, is a small kitchen, bathroom, and sitting area with gas fire place (love seat pulls out to a single bed). On the second level, via a narrow steep hayloft staircase, is a king bed, tv, and private balcony. This quaint space is the perfect get away.
