Charming 50s Style Cottage with a modern touch. Located on a quiet street in Old Hobe Sound. Steps to the Indian River and close to the beach ( 1.2 Mi.) New King Size bedding. Tropical "Zen" Garden in back. The heated pool is in a very private setting next to the cottage. Newly remodeled Bathroom, New Flooring throughout, and a new Mini-Split, Air Conditioner.
