We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Airbnb in Slovenia, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The location was a couple minute drive from the pretty main square in Sezana. We used this Airbnb as a base to visit Piran, Venice, Postojna Caves and Predjama Castle. The apartment itself was cozy and inviting, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches that made our time there even more enjoyable. Our host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We had a slight language barrier but it was no problem. Overall, this Airbnb was a fantastic base for exploring the beautiful Kraz region and nearby attractions. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Slovenia!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Skvělé! Určitě se chceme vrátit. Mirna je úžasná hostitelka, která byla velmi nápomocná. Během pobytu jsme potřebovali autoservis, který nám Mirna domluvila. Velké díky! ❤️ Ubytování je moc hezké. Podle mě vypadá větší než na fotkách. Je rozložené do tří pater, což nám nevadilo, ale s malými dětmi, nebo starší osoby by mohly mít problém. Užili jsme si klid divoké zahrady a výlety do okolí. Super ☀️

Necj's farmhouse was a wonderful base for our holiday in this corner of Slovenia. It offers beautiful views and is incredibly quiet, but only a short drive away from Koper, with all its amenities, as well as the highway towards Ljubljana, which can be reached in just over an hour. Necj's recommendations for places to eat and visit were great, and in general the communication with him was easy and uncomplicated. The farmhouse has been restored with a lot of love. The kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a delight to spend time in. We would definitely come here again on a future visit.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt an diesem ruhigen und malerischen Ort. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und sympathisch – sie haben uns zwischendurch sogar frische Tomaten aus ihrem Garten vorbeigebracht. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir eine Flasche Wein, was eine sehr nette Geste war. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, trotzdem hat es seinen historischen Charm behalten. Der Garten war fast den ganzen Tag angenehm schattig, was perfekt für die heißen Tage war. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind da und kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war rundum zufrieden! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super – zentral, aber ruhig. Besonders die Dachterrasse war ein echtes Highlight! Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei Fragen sofort geholfen. Klare Empfehlung – ich komme gerne wieder!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super schön und sehr sauber; die Küche toll ausgestattet - alles wie auf den Fotos. Der nahegelegene Kiesstrand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - mit netter Strandbar zum Wohlfühlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - wir mögen es gerne etwas ruhiger, der Strand war nicht überlaufen. Zum Einkaufen und für des Restaurantbesuch benötigt man aber das Auto.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen aber alles gut erreichbar, auch mit Rad. Die Gastgeberin und auch die Vermieterin waren jederzeit erreichbar und sind supernett. jederzeit wieder. Danke

Irena e suo marito sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. L'alloggio corrisponde alle foto, molto pulito ed ordinato e la cucina è ben accessoriata anche per soggiorni più lunghi del nostro. Consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare da Irena.

Top Kommunikation. Von der Buchung, über Check-In & Parkplatz bis zum Check-Out hat alles prima gepasst. Es war alles sauber und ich habe mich gleich wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon von dem man aus der Ferne sogar aufs Meer schauen kann ist am Abend und in der Früh einfach wunderbar um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen oder zu starten. Gerne wieder! :)

proprietario gentilissimo, accolto con molta cura e interesse, ho dormito benissimo, nessun rumore e nessun problema di nessuna sorta. Cucina fornita e TV digitale. La casa si trova vicino a tutti i punti spiaggia e ha un suo parcheggio privato.

Sehr gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit Charme. Dich die Lage im 5.Stock sehr hell und mit schönem Blick vom Balkon. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war eine Baustelle nebenan, aber die sollte hoffentlich bald vorbei sein.

We stayed at Albin and Olga’s place for three nights, and we honestly wish we could have stayed longer – mainly because of the wonderful hosts. They were incredibly kind and welcoming. Olga has a real passion for hosting and takes great pride in making guests feel at home. She took the time to show us around, answer all our questions, and made sure everyone felt comfortable. We truly felt like part of their family. Without a doubt, we’ll be staying at Albin and Olga’s place again on our next visit to Slovenia: highly recommended!

la zona è residenziale. Impagabile il parcheggio riservato interno. vista mozzafiato e terrazza enorme super attrezzata. Letti comodi anche il divano letto. Susanna è una host favolosa, disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e pronta a risolvere ogni piccolo problema. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario anche di un "kit di sopravvivenza" alimentare per non dover correre subito a fare spesa. Trieste ha una ottima acqua potabile che non serve acquistare. I dintorni non offrono tanto al momento ma il polo museale nuovo è a due passi come pure la fermata del bus. il quartiere è molto tranquillo e si vede tutto lo Skyline di Trieste.Buon pinto di partenza per visitare Grotta gigante e Miramare

Ottima posizione, appartamento confortevole e spazioso con tutto il necessario. Rilassante vista sulla laguna dal terrazzo. Completamene soddisfatti.

Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit 4 Personen ideal. Alles sehr neu - alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft in einem super Zustand und sehr sauber, die beste Lage in Porec !!! Gastgeberin sehr sympathisch und freundlich, hilft bei allem und ist immer sofort erreichbar..vielen herzlichen dank für alles :)!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento che ha superato le nostre aspettative. L’alloggio era impeccabile: pulitissimo e ordinato, curato in ogni dettaglio. Non mancava davvero nulla — dalla macchina del caffè al tostapane, dalla lavastoviglie agli altri piccoli elettrodomestici che rendono tutto più comodo e funzionale. Ma il vero punto forte è stata la vista: affacciarsi ogni mattina sul porticciolo turistico è stato semplicemente meraviglioso, uno spettacolo rilassante e suggestivo che ha reso la nostra permanenza ancora più speciale. Un grazie di cuore ad Annalisa e Sandro per la loro accoglienza, disponibilità e gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Fantastisch verblijf met 2 volwassenen en 2 jonge kinderen. Veel speelgoed, fijne bedden, alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben was er. De fietsen een hele fijne toevoeging voor deze treinreizigers. Goed gebruik van gemaakt. Ook fijn dat er strand- en badhanddoeken waren. Kinderen vonden het leuk in het stapelbed. Wasmachine werkte makkelijk, aan de achterkant tegen bosrand groot balkon, heerlijk om te zitten. Supermarktje en bodega om de hoek, grotere supermarkt op fietsafstand. Er waren alleen wat restaurants in Pineta (permanent) gesloten, soms ook als er stond op Google dat het open was. We denken dat Pineta een knauw van covid heeft gehad, kan ook zijn omdat we in het voorseizoen waren. Maar het was niet druk in de omgeving, ook wel lekker rustig. Grado was wel veel te doen qua winkels/restaurants.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend oberhalb vom Bahnhof. Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick zum Meer. Öffentlich sehr gut angebunden; das Zentrum ist aber auch zu Fuß in 30 min zu erreichen. Luca ist ein freundlicher und zuvorkommend Gastgeber, der auf die Wünsche seiner Gäste gerne eingeht. Die Wohnung war blitzblank und es gab ausreichend Platz für 7 Erwachsene. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Triest.

apartament zaskoczył nas bardzo pozytywnie. spodziewaliśmy się gorszego standardu. wszytko co potrzebne jest nas miejscu. piękny widok z olbrzymiego tarasu zachwyca. wszędzie blisko i nad morze i do murów miasta. przed budynkiem można wykupić miejsce parkingowe co jest olbrzymim atutem w Piran.
