Rolfs hjem var super hyggeligt at bo i, rent ved ankomsten, og derudover var Rolf meget hjælpsom og kontaktbar inden og under vores ophold. Perfekt lokation mellem Tórshavn og lufthavnen og tæt på Múlafossur. Jeg giver min varmeste anbefaling. We had an amazing time at Rolf's lovely home in Sandávagur. It was very cosy, clean and Rolf was very friendly in all of our exchanges. It was also a super great location close to Tórshavn and the airport and Múlafossur. I highly recommend staying here for an extended weekend or longer.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We were fortunate enough to get to see the northern lights while relaxing in the jacuzzi. The view of the ocean was beautiful especially in the morning.

The house was lovely and presented well as a very authentic home of a famous writer, but tastefully modernised. Good facilities and a lovely view and location. We can definately recommend this place.

Vi var meget tilfredse med boligen. God plads, flot udsigt til Nolsoy og gåafstand til byen.

The only regret I have is not staying here longer. I was able to sit by the amazing view in the living room with Attli and have a really amazing conversation about Faroese culture when I first checked in (he was there to welcome me and give me a quick tour). The home was gorgeous! There were a few other guests around my age staying there so it almost felt like a really cool hybrid between a hostel and a bed & breakfast. My room had its own bathroom, which was so convenient! The bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in during my travels. Although I didn’t take advantage of cooking a meal or doing laundry, both were an option and definitely come in handy. One note to sensitive sleepers, this room is on the ground level of the home and you can sometimes hear when upstairs guests walk to the bathroom at night, but not something that deters from the amazingness of the space.
