Great house and location. This was my 2nd time staying here and will definitely be coming back again.

Enjoyable stay in Harvey's comfortable home for 3 nights with 2 adults and 2 dogs. We loved the layout and decor of the 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen with wonderful amenities, 2 sitting areas, nice bathroom with tub and shower and even a breezeway! The backyard was great for the dogs and will be blooming with trees and flowers once winter leaves New Hampshire. Highly recommend Harvey's property. He's most definitely a 5-Star innkeeper!

Absolutely fabulous weekend at Mary’s cottage by the lake. We loved our stay and had an amazing time. Things to note: - there is a short walk to the water access. While we were there, the lake unfortunately had a Cyanobacteria bloom so we were not able to swim but this was remedied as the association has access to pools. - The main living area is on the second floor but there are bathrooms on both levels! - There are no fires in either the indoor fire place or outdoor fire pit with the exception of duraflame log fires allowed. Overall we loved our stay and are hoping to return soon!

Nancy’s place was perfect for my family. There were enough bedrooms and lots to do in the area. The beach and kayaks were definitely the highlight along with Chucksters right down the road! Nancy was very responsive and stopped by to make sure everything was perfect for us.

Fantastic spot. We stayed in the fall. It was quiet on the lake. We enjoyed SUPing and Kayaking. Was happy to find “one earth” natural grocer up the road a bit. We enjoyed a fire in the wood stove every night. The Loons were a special treat too. It is steep and lots of stairs to the water but worth the climb. :) Lea was so accommodating and responded immediately to every inquiry. Hoping to book again next fall!

We enjoyed a great stay at this place, it was quiet and peaceful just what we were looking for. The food in the area was excellent and we enjoyed exploring some local spots. Will definitely return in the future

Great place to stay long term as I got settled into a new job in the area. Instructions were clear, place was clean, and it was in a convenient location. Great experience overall!

Linda’s house is beautiful, clean and peaceful in a lovely area of Seacoast NH very close to downtown Portsmouth, shopping, beaches, i95 but also very quiet and private. She was an amazing host, very helpful and responsive and the price is a great deal. We especially enjoyed grilling on the patio and seeing the deer and turkeys in the backyard. Thank you Linda!

Jake’s campsite was the perfect secluded getaway. Surrounded by nature, it offered total privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Jake was a fantastic host, friendly, helpful and quick to respond. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

Very peaceful, beautiful space

We stayed here to celebrate a milestone birthday, and it was great! Everything was easy and just as described. Hosts were great! They were kind enough to allow us a later checkout, and they were responsive when the power went due to high winds. They made sure we had what we needed to weather the brief outage. The cleaning required before checking out was so reasonable and made the busy departure morning so much more manageable. The kitchen had everything we needed, was well organized, and the knives were sharp (sometimes a rare thing in rentals!). Both inside and outside spaces are comfy and set up well. We loved our time here and would happily stay again!

Loved staying here. It was big enough for our whole family and was in easy walking distance to downtown Dover. Perfect time to visit with the fall leaves coming in. The house itself was perfect in terms of space and furnishings. Chris was available and answered every question we had. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in Dover.

The home and views were amazing! Yvonne and Jason were very responsive and the home was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

We love that the place is well-stocked and has everything we need. The grill is nicely large. We also love that we are not expected to clean instead of enjoying our vacation. I would only like the check out to be a little bit later than 10 am but it also didn’t bother us for that particular trip so everything went as perfectly as it could be for us.

We booked Steve’s place for a weekend getaway with the dogs. The house was very dog friendly, complete with doggie bowls and blankets to put on the furniture. The hot tub location was perfect, great view of the pond and felt really private. Well-equipped kitchen for a weekend getaway. There is a cast iron pan was great for cooking up the duck breasts I brought! Small general store in walking distance but definitely bring everything you think you will need food wise. There was a listing of local places which was helpful also. Will probably return later in the year to take advantage of the kayaks!

8 of us stayed for a girls weekend and it was such a great spot!! Super clean, cozy, right on the lake which made morning views beautiful. The hot tub and eat in kitchen were used every night. Our only issue was that 5 cars were tough to fit in the space we had so take note if you have an above average size car. Otherwise they were very communicative and accommodating. We would stay again 100%!

Hope’s Haven was perfect for a winter getaway weekend. The house and location would be even more beautiful in the spring, summer, and fall, though it was a lovely treat, as city kids, being able to watch folks ice fishing and snowmobiling on the lake right from the warm, sun filled living room. Danielle’s place was spotless, had all the amenities we needed, and lots of lovely indoor and outdoor space. Nice open rooms if you want to bring some gear for yoga or a light workout, but nothing beats stargazing from the hot tub at night! We picked up local groceries and cooked delicious meals while enjoying each other’s company and getting a bit of a break from technology. Plenty of games, and what a throwback with the extensive and fabulously organized DVD collection! The three bedrooms and common space would comfortably accommodate 6 adults and/or a combination with children. Our pup loved it too. Danielle was super responsive and we can’t wait to book again in warmer weather!

We had a great stay at the Milton NH home! house was beautiful the hot tub with heated mats so nice to get out of the hot tub to nice warm mats. The pool was open but to cold for swimming we went April 17 so still cold but nice to look at nice back yard.The game room was perfect for hanging out & playing pool. It was a great stay !! My only complaint would be the landscaper came on late Saturday which I was told the day before but happened to be the nicest spring sunny day and he was blowing the yard for over 2 hours and we had to stay in the house due to all dust flying around on the nicest day and on our last day !! Evolve should of had this done before we arrived or at least waited for the next day Sunday morning when we checked out. I would rent again everything was great must be awesome in the summer time

Great getaway location that allowed us and our guests to relax prior to and after our Daughter's Wedding celebrations. It was winter and the view of the snow and frozen lake was stunning. Thank you.

I stayed here with my 4 nephews from 6-12 years old and 8 adults for a family vacation. If you are looking for a great place to relax with family this is ideal. Also the fishing was phenomenal.

Alexander's place is lovely for groups! Plenty of space for toddlers and dogs without feeling crowded. The space was clean and all sleeping locations were very comfortable. Access to the lake was a wonderful addition, even in winter.
