The property is a self-contained annex built onto a bungalow. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a room with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.

Clean, safe and homely house in central Earlsdon. 9 mins from Albany Theatre, 22mins Belgrade Theatre. 20mins by bus to Warwick uni. Bus stop 4 mins walk. My private home, so you are the only guest at any one time. It has 3 floors, top floor private room for guests which is accessed by two flights of stairs. 4 mins walk to high st with pubs,cafes and food store. I have a friendly cockerpoo dog Fast WiFi and work desk in room. 17 mins walk walk to train station . 15mins on train to NEC

Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

Mid terrace grade 2 listed cottage in the Old High Street in Kenilworth. Delightfully situated within stumbling distance of three local pubs and a five minute walk down to the historic castle. A short ten minute walk into the town centre with a great variety of restaurants and eateries. Next to bus route and 5 minutes form the newly opened train station. Close to the University of Warwick which is well serviced by buses and can be a nice 20 minute cycle along the greenway.
