This 2 BR luxury suite is located in a $1.5M home on the lower level with a private entrance, patio, large deck, and ample parking. This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

You’ll have a private entrance and beautiful views of Fox Hill open space where you can often catch glimpses of fox, coyotes, owls, hawks, eagles and deer. Sit around the fire pit, or on your private patio outside. Take a walk on our park trails and enjoy Rocky Mountain and reservoir views. Gorgeous Guest House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy some downtime and sunshine in the pool in season from Memorial Day to Labor Day or relax in the hot tub all year round. Have some chill time watching a game or some movies on the 80 inch OLED or warm your toes or make some smores in the fire pit. There’s a great private patio with grill and seating if you’d like to do some outdoor cooking. 20 minutes to downtown Denver and 30 minutes to the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
