Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150m from the heart of the historic market town of Knutsford and 650m from the gates of Tatton Park. Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

A stone’s throw from Alexandra Park and very close to public transport providing easy access to the city centre in under 15 minutes. Take a break to explore and unwind 😊 I aim to offer a comfortable, well-equipped home that’s relaxed and lived-in. Just to set expectations: there will still be signs that I live in the house, like some of my belongings in a few storage areas. But I will aim to provide enough storage for the number of guests.
