Our second summer stay was just as wonderful as the first. More familiar this time, so the whole family felt right at home. Chris was once again very warm and welcoming in his communications. Look forward to our third stay next year if we can be so fortunate.

The house was better than what it looked on the photos. It’s the best location on White Head since it is beside a very nice sandy beach. There’s another even more beautiful sand beach within 20 minutes walk (not accessible by road) where we spent a lot of time. The house is fully equipped and we liked the fact that it was still full of the presence of the family that inhabited it. It felt warm and comfortable. It’s obvious that the owner is working on the place to make it even better. There are new washer/dryer, new windows and porch, etc. We had wonderful weather and we were always amazed by the coming in and out of the foggy clouds on the island. The landscape was very interesting to watch, with birds and seals, rocks, shells and urchins. Vaneessa was always available for any questions or help.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s cozy home! She was a wonderful host allowing us to check-in early, and even turning on the heat before our arrival. Thank you!

A slice of paradise! Dennis has thought of everything and the cottage and Campobello Island are beautiful and relaxing. We will return!

This was such a beautiful place! I wish we could have stayed longer! If I ever get back up here from North Carolina, I will definitely stay here again.

The house is in a great location - you can walk to restaurants, beaches, hiking trails and gift shops! There is tons to do. We felt right at home and it was very clean. We had everything we needed and more for our stay.

Stayed for two weeks at the the Little Red Cottage - what a find (both the accommodation and the host, Valentina)! Perfectly placed, only a 15-20 walk (pavemented) to Annapolis Royal and the lovely selection of eateries and shops and renowned Saturday market. House was spotlessly clean and had everything you could wish for. The outside was the perfect spot to watch the stunning sunrises and to relax around the fire pit in the evening. We will definitely be back!

This is such a cute, rustic, cozy cabin in a beautiful location, and close to so many fantastic hiking trails. The photos don't do this cabin justice. It's a little bit removed from the other cabins on the property, down a short driveway closer to the ocean which gives it a much more private feel. It's so serene out here, day and night. It'd be a great place to remote work for an extended period. I hope it's available next time we're in the area because the dogs and I absolutely loved it.

Carol Sue's Lubec cottage was the perfect restful retreat. I visited in September with a friend and stayed most of the month. We began oohing and aching the minute we turned into the cottage driveway. The setting was serene, with an absolutely gorgeous view from the porch that never grew old. The cottage is well stocked with amenities, making it extremely easy to settle in. Lubec itself is charming as all get out. The cottage is within easy walking distance of the main business district (Water Street) and the local grocery store. Easy access to Campobello Island, a picturesque beach in town, many places to hike and enjoy nature nearby: These are just a few things that make Lubec appealing. Note that there are just a few places to eat and drink, but they are all great.

Loved our stay! Christina was extremely kind and very timely with her answers to our questions and proactive about issues we might encounter with the winter weather and parking. The place was exactly as it appeared in pictures. It felt welcoming with many plants, lots of natural light, a well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and eclectic decor and wood stove. The neighborhood was quiet save for the church tolling in the distance and everything we needed was within walking distance. Our teenage daughter agreed that this was the best Air BnB we’ve stayed in.

My friend and I stayed one night during our travels and had a very brief but enjoyably stay. Great price and highly recommend.

Our family had a great time during our visit at Darcy’s air bnb. We LOVED the private beach. We spent most of our time either walking the beach or relaxing by the little fire pit making s’more’s with the kids. We would recommend this place to anyone and we would definitely stay again.

This place had everything and then some. A full kitchen with every thing you would need to cook with a dishwasher. More than enough towels which was nice for our long stay. Washer & Dryer on site, dryer takes a bit long but it beats having to go to a laundromat. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows if required. We had our 2 boys (5 and 3) and they had enough room to play, and the bedroom upstairs has a closet with toddler beds which they loved “their playhouse”. The owners live next door, so I knew if I needed anything, they would be able to support us. There is a Tim Hortons up the street and several restaurants (keep note that places close early), Yarmouth isn’t too far away if you want to get out.

This is my third time staying at Jeannette’s, and it is always sublime. The view is beautiful, and it is so quiet and peaceful. The apartment is spacious and cozy, but not cluttered. The kitchen is well stocked for eating in, and the cozy dining room with a view of the lake is stunning. We really enjoy using the sauna. Wolfgang is so prompt in getting it going for us. We will be back to our favourite hidden local gem.

Absolutely loved our stay, Sara described the property very well. This home is 150 years old, and is a great piece of history. We enjoyed the fact that it doesn’t have too many modern update’s, just the necessities for comfort. Sara was amazing to deal with very prompt response and easy to communicate with. Our next trip to Nova Scotia we will contact Sara to see if this house is available.

Joann's, place is one of the best places on the island, clean, quiet and peaceful, we'll put together she put a lot thought in Making you feel comfortable. Lots of instructions and go beyond leaving little things in the unit given that there's not a lot ooptions on the island...LOVE THE SPOT.

Had a very relaxing time and was pleased with the location which allowed us to visit both Saint Andrews and Saint Stephen within 15 minutes. The cabin is very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Good selection of DVD movies.
