We had a great stay! Perfect location in Georgetown, and excellent communication with the hosts!

This is a very nice house in a safe neighborhood. The best highlight is definitely a super nice and spacious backyard, especially if traveling with pets or kids. The house was clean and comfortable. Overall excellent experience and enjoyed talking to the friendly & caring hosts too.

Great location, everything clean, Mark is incredibly responsive, and he clearly pays a lot of attention to keeping the apartment stocked with everything a guest needs. For example, when we used the stove top, there was a great selection of pans, there was a potholder right there, all the cooking utensils we needed, dish soap, a drying rack, etc. It may seem like a little thing, but it’s representative of the entire apartment. If there’s something you need and hope is there, it’s there. Great stay.

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

Check-in was easy, and the motion-sensored lights were a nice touch when returning to the apartment at night. The pictures matched exactly, and the space was very cozy and comfortable. I had a car and was always able to find a nearby parking spot on the street, no matter what time I returned. The neighborhood was beautiful—there’s a park nearby with bikes and scooters available, a charming coffee shop with small bites, and a great Italian restaurant within walking distance that the host recommended. My stay in D.C. was delightful! Would definitely stay again!

I would give Jose 10 stars if possible. This is probably the nicest and cleanest Airbnb we have ever had in the DC area. Jose is a superb communicator. The water is hot, beds are super comfy, internet fast, apartment quiet and immaculately clean. Couldn't ask for more. Recommend most highly.

My children loved the upstairs loft which even had a toilet and sink! The couch was cozy, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had the basics, Joe and his co-hosts were responsive, and we enjoyed using the house as a base camp to explore fishing at the hatchery and going to Harper's Ferry. Thank you!

Great location and very spacious! I personally had a hard time locating the unit and understanding that it was the bottom unit. Then, I didn’t understand which doors were locked. It may have been my own ignorance but the check-in took about 30 minutes of us trying to figure out which unit it was and then how to get it. The unit was clean and had amazing amenities. I think it may be a little dusty because we had some allergies while staying there. But overall, would stay there again :)
