Es handelt sich um eine luxuriöse 150m2 große Vierzimmerwohnung mitten im Lehel, 3 Minuten fußläufig von der Maximilianstraße entfernt. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2022 neu errichtet. Durch die Ausrichtung zum Innenhof ist die komplette Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung besitzt eine Fußbodenheizung sowie eine große Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und hochwertig möbliert.
