Rosas Haus ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage mit einer äußerst netten Nachbarin. Wir waren 4 Nächte da und wären gern länger geblieben. Der Ort liegt zentral, sodass man viel auf relativ kurzen Strecken unternehmen kann. Kommen gerne wieder

We (a family with 3 young children) had a great time at Ricard’s wonderful place. the house is attractive and fully equipped, the garden beautiful and full of fruit trees. the house is a good base to explore the town, island and lake. above all: ricard is a real host who does everything to make your stay enjoyable. highly recommended!

A wonderful house with everything you need for a stay, I would visit again.

Das Haus von Martin ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist super sauber! So dass selbst mit Unverträglichkeiten keine Bedenken bestehen. Martin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Tipps zu Aktivitäten. Die Lage ist sehr attraktiv für Spaziergänge, Baden, Boot, SUP und Fahrrad fahren. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Et fantastisk hus i de smukkeste omgivelser. Vi elskede haven og udsigten. Det var skønt med den store udestue, som også kunne bruges til træningsrum. Vi brugte søen utrolig meget til at bade samt at ro i kano og sejle på Paddle boards. Sød og venlig mor, som boede i udkanten af grunden, men som også gav også en masse privatliv. Vi vil klar anbefale dette sted.

My friends and I (5 people total) stayed in the house for two nights, although we wish we had booked for one more at least! We had lots of room and perhaps our favorite thing was the close proximity to the small beach just through the forest. Gorgeous beach sunsets framed by a beautiful forest. It is also a short drive to the nearby campgrounds, where we rented canoes one of the days. We brought our own boardgames, but there were actually a lot of boardgames there already as well as movies. There were some specific instructions to follow upon checking, but Ralf was very clear and walked us through each step on the phone which was very helpful. He is a very friendly host, and although we did not meet him in person, he was very accommodating and considerate of our schedule. I would love to stay here again with a small group for a little longer.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Lage war super idyllisch, genauso wie wir es uns in Schweden vorgestellt hatten. Die Lage am See war ebenso traumhaft, wie das Haus. Robert und Rachel waren klasse Gastgeber.

Lækkert hus, lækkert udemiljø, skønne omgivelser. Vi var tre generationer afsted. Alle følte sig tilpasse, kunne slappe af og bare føle sig hjemme. Helt sikkert et besøg værd. Kommer gerne igen

Sara und ihre Familie vermieten ihr wunderschönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Zuhause. Alle Materialien sind geschmackvoll ausgewählt und hochwertig . Es gibt unglaublich viel Platz für alles, insbesondere mit Kindern oder einer großen Gruppe. Die Kinderzimmer könnten nicht ansprechender sein, auch unser Sohn hat sofort los gespielt im süßen Kindercafé und im Garten! Wir hatten nur etwas Pech mit der Umgebung, da eine Baustelle und der hohe Wasserstand des Sees den Fußweg zur Badestelle ziemlich verlängert hat. Aber ohne Kind sollte kein Problem sein! Jönköping bietet aber viel gute Infrastruktur, so dass uns nie langweilig wurde! Vielen lieben Dank an Sara und Familie!!

The house is spacious and very comfortable. We stayed with our two teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone with a separate tv/hangout area for the kids. The backyard is lovely and relaxing. We used the hot tub almost everyday. There is a quality grill and a large outdoor and indoor areas to eat. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is conveniently situated with a 5min walk to restaurants, ice-cream, grocery stores, beaches, and park for young children. The local transit stops minutes away and is a great secondary option for getting around to Kalmar and other parts of Öland. Overall our stay was wonderful and matched our high expectations. Would highly recommend!

Das Haus war super für unsere Familie- morgens, wenn es noch etwas kühler war, konnte man im Wintergarten frühstücken, mittags und abends toll auf der Terrasse neben dem Pool sitzen bzw. die super gemütlichen Gartenmöbel nutzen und grillen. Die Lage -100m vom Meer entfernt- war perfekt. Trotz angrenzenden Campingplatz war es sehr ruhig und die Strände waren leer. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Peter‘s Haus, der bei Bedarf innerhalb weniger Minuten uns super freundlich geantwortet hat.

We met up with friends at this place for a three-day getaway and were delighted by the experience. The house shines with an understated luxury but is also practical and spacious to live in. As we visited in August, I especially appreciated the air conditioning and the powerful fridge and freezer. We had a blast in the hot tub and on the patio, and when our gas for the grill ran out, Martin was there immediately. Our friends and their infant also felt very well accomodated. Thanks for the love and care that went into this place; we appreciate it!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in dem Haus verbracht und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und wunderschön am See gelegen!

For families with children, this place is ideal. The trampoline and the thoughtfully arranged kid's room kept the little ones entertained and happy. We also loved spending time at Möllstrop Badplats, which is a fantastic water area perfect for a full day of fun. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable. However, while the accommodation was lovely, we felt that the price we paid did not quite reflect its value. It seemed a bit too expensive for what was offered. Regardless, i think it's a great accommodation for big family with lot of kids and want to do things around the house.

Loredana is a very friendly and responsive host. The home is exactly as it appears in the photos, very clean, spacious in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood with spectacular views. Easy to navigate to the home address with a private space big enough to park an SUV. We were visiting the Elmia conference centre for an event and the quality of hotels available in the area were very limited which led us to choosing Loredana & Jonatan's home which we were very happy with. Driving to the centre is easy by car, with plenty of spaces to park. Taxi's are also very convenient and efficient to arrange. The main city centre and nightlife is also very close by with a range of restaurants to choose from. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed this very cozy home, hot sauna, extremely nice veranda and lovely cat. We admire Lindas’ hospitality to stay us at her home. There is very beautiful garden, good parking place, good spot to stay with children. We recommend the house sincerely.

Beautiful home in a stunning location. Very peaceful. We stayed to race Ironman and the use of the garage was perfect to store and build bikes. The garden was well maintained and lovely to sit in . Any questions were answers very promptly. Kalmar was only a short drive away and easy to get into . Would highly recommended

Malin en värd utan dess like. Början innan bokningen så gav hon tydliga och varmt mötande innan bokningens genomförande. Hon gav en säkert och huset är riktigt bra för din första IRONMAN KALMAR. sidodörr för köra in cykeln och tvätt maskin. poolen var en stor njutning och bonus för en triathlet. Kommunikation inför resan till lånet av hemmet var smidigt och snabba svar. Dem dagarna i huset var njutnings fulla, uppskatta stora tillgången av IS bitar. (perfekt för isbadet efter ironman) Bra parkering och snabbt till ölands bron som till Kalmar. (med bil cirka 16 min till ironman startlinjen så smidigt och enkelt. skönt då man behöver vakna runt 4 för checka in och preppa sig för ironman starten) Cykelrundan för ironman passerar man Lindsdal och bara en 10 min promenad kan man se en passera 2 gånger. Summering är att får ni chansen att boka Malins underbara hem. Tveka inte eller tveka inte att skriva till henne.

Vi trivdes väldigt bra i huset! Rent, fräscht och väldigt hemtrevligt! Toppen att det tex fanns barnstolar och lite leksaker på plats! Poolen var ju såklart en guldkant för vistelsen! Snabb och bra kommunikation med värden och ett fint välkomnande när vi kom fram! Har bara bra saker att säga och skulle absolut vilja komma tillbaka!

We hadden een top verblijf in het prachtige huis van Natalie! Wat een enorm en luxe ingericht huis. Met alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt (zelfs een kaasschaaf ;) ). En daarboven op nog de ruime tuin met van alles te doen voor de kinderen. Trampoline, schommels, zwembad, voetballen en ga maar door. Wij zijn de 3 dagen die we er waren alleen in het huis en in de tuin verbleven en hebben van de luxe genoten. Ook de kinderen vonden het prachtig om in echte kinderkamertjes van de kids van Natalie te mogen slapen. En dat er twee poezen waren vonden de kinderen ook super leuk. Op 10 minuten rijden is Kalmar, daar was toevallig een foodfestival, die hebben we op weg naar onze volgende bestemming nog bezocht. Al met al, top!

Värden Erica var enkel att nå och hjälpte till snabbt vid frågor och smärre motgångar. Bra läge för oss som gillar äventyr då det är smidigt att ta sig både på Öland och in till Kalmar. Fint modernt hus, poolen är ett stort plus och uppskattades mycket av våra barn.
