This place is right on the beach and we had it all to ourselves the entire trip! We arrived here on a stormy weekend so what started as a clean beach ended cluttered for the rest of the trip. I was able to sit on the balcony and watch my teens surf and body board the entire time, we loved that we were lucky enough to get great waves! This spot is pretty close to Rincón and we found ourselves going there quite often for food. Nearby walking distance and bakery has coffee and food and also the pharmacy has tons of things. We enjoyed a smoked chicken place several times. I did not notice when I booked that there is no washer and dryer so pack accordingly. We also didn’t have enough garbage bags and toilet paper for 7 people- most were boys so it’s not like they used a lot of TP. No hair dryer. Only one tv and it’s in the master bedroom so plan for games or “family time” haha. We really enjoyed our time and would rent this place again in a heartbeat

Great condo!! Steps to the beach.....short walk to the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Beach towels, beach chair were an added bonus! Good communication! Owner really took care of us when the island had a 2 day power outage. Thank you Allenny

What a great house for me and my family. With the home being 4 levels and many beds there was plenty of room for my family of 8. Whether it was lying by the pool or cooking in the grande kitchen you have a beautiful view of the ocean. Peaceful and private is what this house offers. The home has a full water filtration system, generator and HOT WATER which made me very comfortable for we had small children with us. If you are looking for a house with everything you are looking for, choose this one. The host was so friendly and helped us with all our needs prior to arriving. We have already booked our next season stay for 2 weeks. So excited

Absolutely perfect getaway home! Everything about this house is just right , the backyard is amazing , The attention to detail was spot on making this place a memorable trip. Will be looking forward to coming back to this house in the future 100%!!

This is a great apartment near an excellent beach, with responsive hosts. Our family of 4 had everything we needed. The beds and all furniture were comfortable and in good shape, the kitchen was well equipped, the ACs worked well (though they weren't needed much of the time), and the beach chairs were great. We spent a lot of our time on the beach -- the waves were sometimes a bit rough, but within our 4 days there we had plenty of opportunities to snorkel, swim, and relax in the shaded nooks along the beach. Water shoes are good to bring here, because of the rocks and reefs at the water's edge. Janelle and Evan were very responsive to our occasional questions. The only downside was that there was a lot of construction noise in the neighborhood during our whole stay, most days starting at 6:30 or 7am. Janelle was great about contacting neighbors to ask them to keep the noise down in the early morning, but there was only so much she could do. Overall, still a great stay!

Casa Canal was a beautiful house, great location, great surf trip with some buddies & the wives. So close to so many good spots to eat in town. The pool was very relaxing and the beach out back was a beauty. We all had a great time.

My group had a great time at Villa el Encanto! We had the pleasure of getting to stay in Rincón for a friend’s wedding and had the best stay. The house and yard are massive (we even got a game of kickball going in the yard)! The pool is the perfect temperature day and night and the best place to hang out if you want some reprieve from the beach. Beds were comfortable and clean. We highly recommend staying here!

Yaneira's villa on the beach is a paradise. The accommodations, balcony and pool were amazing. The pelicans, private beach and coral reef were an extra special surprise. Bring your snorkeling gear, it is worth it!

Simply put, Carlos's property was fantastic! It's a beautiful house, tastefully furnished and very well-equipped. The entire house was incredibly clean. There were plenty of high-quality beds, bedding, and linen. The beach, just steps away, was also wonderful. Carlos was very responsive to our requests and overall, a very gracious host. Glenda was a wonderful host, very quick to respond. This is truly a gem of a place, a real beach house. You can hear the waves crash right up against it all night. The pool was incredible and the beach felt basically private as we did not see anyone else on it during our stay. Thanks for having us!

We were a party of 8 adults, 5 kids, 1 baby and a dog that decided to spend spring break at Roger’s. The villa was spacious and comfortable, it accommodated our group and each other’s privacy with room to spare. The location is precious. Up in the mountain with spectacular views, and just 5mins away from the beach. The pool was a major entertainment for the children, giving the adults time to chill without having to leave the house. A major, island-wide, 48 hr power outage happened during our stay, luckily Roger’s villa was fully equiped with solar panels, batteries and water cistern. We were fortunate to have light, running water, fans and AC. He was responsive and very accessible throughout our stay. We’re definitely coming back!

Our two families with four kids under five greatly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very thoughtful and responsive, and the house is beautiful. We loved the peaceful location with pretty views, and it is still under ten minutes to drive into town. Each family took a floor: one family in the middle floor apartment (two bedrooms), and the we stayed on the top floor, using two convenient blow up mattresses to all be close together. The two rooms on the bottom floor are super private, we just didn’t use them because they have their own entrance on a separate floor, and there is no internal stairway. There are gates on each floor to the stairs and to the pool, so it felt very safe for younger kids. Also, although the road is steep, as mentioned in reviews, it is totally manageable. Thanks to Allison and Chuck for hosting us!

We had several families stay at Casa Bonita and it worked out great for our group. The beach at the end of the street was beautiful and actually more swimmable than other, better-known beaches. The units are clean and AC worked great. Our stay coincided with an island-wide blackout, but the generator provided all the electricity we needed to continue to enjoy our vacation. Vincent and Angela were communicative and helpful before, during, and after our stay. The only advice I would give to renters is that you might want to consider bringing shampoo, conditioner, and soap from home, as enough is provided for only 1-2 nights.

Mi estadía fue espectacular, Luis fue muy atento y nos ayudó mucho. La casa estaba bella y cómoda. Al final de la calle tienes una vista al mar hermosa. Todo fue muy bien organizando y bello!

This home is so peaceful and beautiful. The decor is tastefully done. The yard is an oasis with beautiful native plants/flowers. We felt at home the whole time and the pool was a hit with the kids. There’s enough space to spread out. The kitchen is well Equipped and the view from there was perfection. Beds in all rooms were quite comfy and most importantly it was very clean! You will need a car to get around and I would take the host’s recommendations as they were all good. I’m actually sad to leave-Hope to come back soon if they will have us!

Vanessa's place was perfect for our visit. It’s an awesome location with breathtaking views!! The house is fully equipped, with a nice layout just as described. Vanessa is a great host that goes above and beyond to make sure you are having a comfortable stay. Thanks again for an awesome experience!! We hope to come back one day!

Es un espacio para relajarte y salir de la rutina. Súper accesible y cómodo para pasar un weekend espectacular.

Great stay!!! Everything looked exactly like the pictures. It was very peaceful. Only downside was only having ac in bedroom but if your out sightseeing shouldn’t be a problem. There are ceiling fans. You do need a car to access house and driving at night thru the mountain roads are dark. She even left drinks and wine for us upon arrival! There was WiFi and solar power and there was an island outage when we checked in. There was cows and fruits on tree outside on land. Will be back thank you!

I will be back but will bring more people with me!! The home sleeps 8 people and comfortably. I will definitely recommend it to any of my friends or family thats making a trip out to puerto rico. The host let me check in early and accomodated my elder parents. I really appreciated that as they didnt have to do that.
