Our little place provides 480 cozy sq. ft. with full kitchen, all cooking amenities, a large room with a loveseat pullout bed, dedicated work space, Wi-Fi, TV, and DVD (no cable) and Alexa. Washer and dryer, and regular tub for bathing or showering(filtered water). Enjoy sitting on the front porch in the evening for some nice down-time!

Whether your trip is for business or pleasure, make sure to keep an eye out for the gator in the backyard creek. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. This was my tiny space that I decided to keep adding on to. Started as a tiny house but has grown a little bigger. It is 19 mins from Atlantic Beach and is about 7 mins from Walmart and other shopping centers. Bedroom tv has roku device while living room has Spectrum cable and also Roku on the tv. 2 living room chairs and 1 Twin Xl adjustable bed and 1 Twin bed in bedroom. Guest can use one side of the Driveway. Bedroom also has a small closet. House is beside our main residence.
