Steglitz-Zehlendorf : locations de maisons de vacances en bord de lac

Wir hatten ein schönes langes Wochenende hier, das kleine Häuschen ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und was an Ausstattung vor allem in der Küche fehlte hat uns netterweise die Mutter geliehen die auch auf dem Grundstück wohnt;

Raik und Katharina sind richtige nette Gastgeber, die tolle Unterkunft lädt zum „länger bleiben“ ein. Sie ist super spannend eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Umgebung mit Wald und Wasser bietet viel Entspannung als Kontrast zum turbulenten Stadtleben. Ins Zentrum gelangt man gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Haus am See ist ein Traum und die Gastgeber extrem freundlich, kommunikativ, jedoch überhaupt nocht aufdringlich. Im Haus hat es alles , was man braucht und der Garten mit direktem Seeanstoss ist ein Paradies. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen und können es wärmstens empfehlen, als Paar, mit Freunden oder als Familie, ganz egal.

Mickys Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft mit dem Seeblick und wir konnten wunderbar entspannen. Die Unterkunft als auch liebevollen Details ihres Hauses haben uns fasziniert. Micky ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns während unser Aufenthaltszeit telefonisch wunderbar betreut. Wir kommen gern wieder :)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Haus am See! Durch die idyllische Lage mit direktem Seezugang ist es bestens zum Entspannen und Entschleunigen geeignet, bietet aber durch das integrierte Bürozimmer auch sehr gute Möglichkeiten zwischendurch zu arbeiten. Vielen Dank, Maximilian! Gerne wieder.

What a gem of a place: so close to Berlin, yet so tranquil. The house is well equipped and served us, a family of four, wonderfully. The plot on which the house is located is fantastic as well: a huge garden with fruit trees, a trampoline, a treehouse, and access to a clean stream that leads to the Kalksee (an ideal spot for swimming!). The property's location is also perfect, with the tram stop taking you to Berlin and a few shops (Aldi, Edeka, Norma, KiK) just a short walk away. Finally, our host, Katja, was friendly and responsive, and everything was immaculately clean. We would love to return next year and recommend booking your stay with Katja!

Dolgoztunk az ITB Berlinen, hosszú napjaink voltak DE amikor munka után beértünk a lakásba minden a pihenésről tudott szólni. Igazi kikapcsolódás volt a hosszú napok után ide hazaérni.

The property was so comfortable for our entire family of 7. Everyone had their own space in the home, and our children had an AMAZING, large room fit for sleeping and playing! The property was very clean and well maintained with beautifully functioning windows that allowed us to enjoy the outside weather. The views of the lake were even more serene than the pictures show. It was very safe for my children not to get to the lake unless an adult was with them, and the lake was actually more like a beach with a sandy walk-in. The kitchen was very well equipped with nice dishes. The neighborhood was cute and walkable with grocery stores under a mile away and in walking distance. Everything that we needed was there and more! Norbert was a perfect host. He was kind and very responsive. As a family, we all agreed that we chose the perfect property for our vacation.

Beautiful lake scenery in an extraordinary house. Cozy and nice interior. We’ve enjoyed the place in the winter and looking forward to come again in the summer. Thank you for making this possible for us!

It was a nice stay in one of five small houses right at the lakeside. The place is very picturesque. It’s super quiet there. The house is kept in a good condition. I would definitely get back!

Le propusimos a Kristine alquilar su apartamento para una ocasión especial y en todo momento fue flexible, comprensiva y nos ayudó mucho con toda la gestión!! El cumpleaños de mi pareja fue todo un éxito y es gracias a Kristine y su familia. El lugar tiene un encanto propio, a 10 minutos andando del lago más bonito de Berlin (en mi opinión) y en una zona muy tranquila. Ha sido un placer!!

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

Obwohl mekn Zug über 90 Minuten Verspätung hatte hat er bis 0:45 Uhr geduldig gewartet und war sehr freundlich!

Sehr schöne kleine Unterkunft in toller Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Samir, besonders mit Kindern ist es ein perfektes Haus! Es gibt viel Platz, alles ist vorhanden was man braucht und Spielsachen gibt es auch. Die Absprachen mit Samir waren sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern wieder, wenn wir dürfen ;) Absolute Empfehlung!

Nice cosy home for a larger group of people.

Vi havde et skønt ophold i Alex' dejlige hus. Der var masser af plads til os alle med en dejlig lille have. Tværs over vejen var der en fodboldbane som særligt vores søn brugte flittigt. Edeka lå i gåafstand fra huset med et fint udvalg og frisk kød.

We zijn hier met drie gezinnen geweest met in het totaal 14 personen. Het was super! Een aanrader. Tip: de huiskamer is nogal gehorig door de plavuizen. Wellicht meer kleden neerleggen om de akoestiek te verbeteren.
