Pero si tu propósito del viaje es disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia y con amigos, donde no todos siguen las reglas, este NO es el departamento que deberías de rentar, ya que hay algunas difíciles de hacer, por ejemplo, dejar todas las toallas que usaste lavadas, secas y dobladas como las encontraste, si están acostumbrados a bañarse por la mañana, el último día no lo podrán hacer, ya que no habría tiempo para lavarlas (y sino haces esto hay una multa económica). También con platos y vasos de la cocina, el último día ya no podrás desayunar porque se tienen que lavar en el lavavajillas (obligatorio lavarlos ahí, sino lo haces hay multa económica). Great Airbnb to home base for a ski trip to palisades. 15-20 min drive and close to tons of restaurants in Tahoe city. Kim’s place was very clean and well stocked, and Kim was very easy to communicate with.

The place was great, I just wished they inspected the equipment before we arrived, we did not have a fire place working for the duration of the time there, and we had several days of snow so it would have been nice to have it working

This was the perfect place for my family's ski vacation. It's very close to the resorts, a very short drive to the main street of Truckee, and very short walking distance to a little shopping plaza with all the basics- grocery, drugstore, ski shop, a few restaurants, etc. The condo complex is nice and peaceful, people are friendly, and the amenities are good too. The apartment itself was excellent. Clean, uncluttered, but had all the basic supplies and stuff that you need but wouldn't bring with you on vacation. Andrew was a friendly and communicative host. It was all in all a very good experience!

Jennifer’s place was just as described, perfect for our group of 5 for everyone to have their own space. Great location right on Lake Tahoe and 5 min drive to the mountains and village. Amenities were close and accessible and perfect for winding down after long days in mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we are back in town!

David is the best host! He went out of the way to make check-in super easy for us which is so helpful for arrival on a snowy night with kids in tow. He's extremely accommodating to our questions and requests, and we really really appreciate how responsive he is both before and after the trip. His place is super close to the Northstar resort and is right on the shuttle route, it really can't be more convenient than that. All in all, highly recommend David's place. Thanks again for welcoming us into your home!

June was very helpful and responsive. This condo was able to accommodate a group of 6 adults. The condo was as described, very clean and so close to almost all restaurants, activities, gas stations and shopping centers in Incline Village. The beds and couch were super comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless and had products that we were able to use. June also gave great recommendations for food and activities. I would definitely book with June again.

A perfect home for a getaway weekend. It was minutes to Heavenly slopes and all the local shops. The house had a comfortable cabin feel, was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for a smooth trip.

Incredibly clean, comfortable, and homey for our group. Easy, short drive into town. Hosts were very kind and responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful yet closely located accommodation in Incline Village.

Great, cozy place for our extended family + pup to stay to celebrate the new year! Great open living space and kitchen, tons of books and puzzles/games for the kiddos and perfect location. Would 10/10 recommend.

House is nicer than the photos indicate. We really enjoyed our stay. the steam shower in the primary bedroom was luxurious!

Very spacious house, conveniently located close to Lake Blvd, providing a short drive to Kings Beach, Northstar, Tahoe City, and the Alpine and Palisades resorts. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of sitting space, a good kitchen and dining room space. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage (depending on your parking skills ;-), which is nice. My friends and I are already thinking of trying to rent this lodge again next year (although this review may make it more difficult...). We had a small issue with the hot tub -- it was perfectly usable (it is really big too), but the jets did not function correctly every time. This has been reported and given Madelyn's responsiveness, I am confident that this will be solved.

This was a great place for a Tahoe vacation for my dad and I. The house is very nice, has comfortable furniture, and is situated in a very peaceful area yet extremely accessible to other areas of north Tahoe.

The house was spacious with everything you need.

Renzo's place is peaceful and quiet. Everything was as described. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was well made. It took a while for the hot water to come out, but it was not a big deal. The kitchen was modernly remodeled and very bright with the skylight. We did not go out to the backyard, but it was very large and bluebirds greeted us. I was surprised to see many spices in the kitchen. All the rooms were clean and the front door was easy to access. Thanks to Renzo, a kind host and artist.

visted as a family of four for my wife's birthday we had a great time roaming the house and the use of the hot tub and the backyard was alot of fun it was a beautiful house to enjoy and the host was very responsive and helpful we will be back again in the summer ☀️

We had a fantastic stay! The house was in the perfect location with absolutely stunning views. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, both indoors and outdoors - from kitchen essentials to outdoor seating and games. The place was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. We also received great support and quick responses from both the owner and the property manager, which made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommended - we’d definitely love to come back!

We lived here for two nights on our Tahoe ski trip and had a wonderful and comfortable stay! The hosts were very clear with the check-in and check-out instructions and the home itself had everything we needed and felt spacious and cozy.

I was very worried about driving into a winter storm. Host kept me upto date on road conditions and weather updates! Home is in a great location with a beautiful view from the back balcony.

Definitely the most beautiful and cozy home to stay at. Located in a convenient area if you need anything. The lake was a few minutes away from the airbnb so definitely recommend walking. What also made this experience unforgettable was the snowfall. My family and i had such an amazing weekend, i would definitely rent this place again!

Staying at Steve’s home was a pleasant experience. The home is nice and spacious for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. The location is also very convenient. The host was responsive and instructions were clear. Overall it was great stay!
