Location right in the middle of everything. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. A minute to the boards and beach. Nice to have an off street parking spot.

Lisa’s home is a gem. The place is clean, modern, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location, the beach is right across the street and a walkable distance to Carslbad Village. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Lisa was also a pleasure to deal with, responsive, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Lisa’s home. Thank you for a great stay.

Nous avons terminé notre séjour de 4 semaines (visite des grands parcs américains de l’ouest) par deux journées idylliques dans une des locations d’Arabella (Myrtle). En lisant les commentaires je craignais que ce soit bruyant. Mais moi qui suis une maniaque du bruit, j’ai très très bien dormi. Ces cabanes en bois sont chic, ont du caractère et un confort et charme incroyables. J’aurais adoré rester plus longtemps, j’ai cru être au paradis. Mon mari et 3 grands ado sont aussi tombés sous le charme de ce logement et de Laguna Beach super bien situé. Je le recommande vivement.

Our stay at the beach cottage in Newport Beach for our 2nd visit back was again nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt an overwhelming sense of peace and comfort. The cottage itself is the perfect blend of charm and coastal beauty—immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and filled with little touches that made us feel right at home. Mornings were spent sipping coffee on the porch with the ocean breeze and the soft sound of waves in the distance, and our evenings ended with breathtaking sunsets just a short stroll away. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away enough to feel private, but close enough to enjoy all the best of Newport’s restaurants, shops, and beach paths. Very clean and walking distance to the heart of Oceanside. Cool little outside area to chill in the sun and we had all the doors open to e joy the weather. 100% would recommend.

Diana's beach house was fantastic - excellent location just steps from the beach walk and the beach, wonderfully appointed and super clean - in fact, this is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Diana's instructions were detailed and precise, the photos in the listing were spot- on - yes, you can sit on the deck and see the beach 100 feet away and the sunsets unfold in front of you! Diana is very prompt and timely in her communications with guests, and any question we had along the way she answered within 15 minutes. We loved our stay, really a superior experience, and can't wait to go back!

The cottage was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay for a long weekend! John and Kimberlee were wonderful hosts who provided just enough guidance and conversation to make us feel welcome yet free to use the space. Steps from the beach and restaurants made it easy to walk to almost anything, while longer trips to Balboa pier were possible on the bikes provided! Thank you so much for helping make our trip perfect!

This AirBNB is a STEAL! Great location, steps from the beach, and close to hundreds of restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and looked exactly as pictured. You truly can't get better than this... highly recommend!!! Tara (the host) was truly what made this place fantastic. She was SO quick to respond to all my messages both before and during my stay. I️ felt right at home and would definitely stay again!

I am a superhost who has been hosting on AirBNB for 5 years. It is always so great when I find other hosts that are as passionate about the guest experience as I am. I would honestly say, that Elizabeth & Kazu even did a handful of things better than I do. This was an above and beyond stay in so many ways. The rental is EXACTLY as described. Clean, comfortable, safe, thought-out and impeccably decorated. Everything not only works perfectly, but it all just goes together so well. From the comfortable, clean bed to the well stocked kitchen, to the perfect size bathroom with laundry. These hosts literally think of everything you might need. If you are on the fence about this place, just book it. You will not be disappointed and you will likely return. Tucked away on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood, but only about 12-17 minutes from tons to see and do. I will be back again. Wish I could write more, but just want to say, thank you Elizabeth and Kazu for being amazing!

The ZenDen is aptly named as it is surrounded by nature at its best which lends itself to a very quiet and peaceful experience. In the morning, I saw many jack rabbits and bunnies, quail and other beautiful birds and even a road runner. It was a bit too cold to go into the pool, but I enjoyed laying on a lounge chair next to it just reading and being… I highly recommend this place and will be back! Thank you, Karli.

Great place! Clean, great location to town, the park, and to where our friend's place is. Clean, comfortable, and the back yard is awesome (def be careful with your dogs with the space under the fence on the one side). We were too early for the cowboy tub but wasn't home much anyways...in the summer the tub looks like it will be awesome (it's large, big enough for multiple people). Would definitely stay here again!

Not much to add that hasn't been said. Good and responsive hosts. Very clean. Quite close to main JT entrance while still feeling off the beaten path a bit. Good outside area. When we were there the neighborhood was very respectful and quiet. Easy 5 stars for me on this one.

I love staying at the Eco tent. I will always come back here, my place of peace and solitude. Lauri & Howard are the best hosts I’ve ever encountered, and they’ve put so much love and beauty into this space. Everything is so comfortable and serene. I’d live here if I could LOL I look forward to the next time I come visit.

This was a prefect spot for a quick weekend in the desert! Close to Pioneertown and Joshua tree national park. Quiet and very comfortable space that provided everything we needed. Bring your own salt if you plan to cook! The freezer was stocked with ice and there was plenty of coffee. Really enjoyed our stay here and we’d definitely book again!

Very cozy! Loved that it was out of the main city but still close enough to go out and have a nice dinner.
