All I have to say is...PERFECTION!!! We've been renting airbnb's for over 10 years and this has been the best yet. Great location, well taken care of, clean, responsive friendly hosts, great amenities and the most well stocked place I've experienced. I can't say enough great things about this place.

Pinneaple Hill lodging was outstanding. It felt like we were staying in a jungle but with all of the necessary modern amenities. The Tropical Villa was very unique and well done with the private outdoor shower a major feature and every amenity needed to enjoy our stay. The hiking areas were very enjoyable and just remotely enough for some great adventure and exercise. Steven and the crew were excellent communicators and a joy to stay with!

Tracy’s place was one of the best stays on Air BnB I’ve ever had. My husband found the Canal House for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was stunning, the kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve ever experienced on Air BnB, and the access to the beach and pool were private and made us feel like we were at a 5-star resort. It’s separate from the main property, on the canal, which makes it even more private, and yet the beach with private access is a 30-second walk away. Everyday, my husband and I rode bikes (free from Tracy) into Hopkins beach to explore the quiet beach town with local food and coffee. I’m so glad we chose Tracy’s place instead of San Pedro. Seriously, this is the best place to stay in Belize in our mind. If you’re on the fence, book it!

We are a family of 5 and recently stayed at La Vida Belize. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The plunge pool, beach and dock were the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. We enjoyed being in a quieter area and didn’t mind the distance from the main area of Placencia. We rented a car and explored several areas in Belize during our stay. We used the guestbook for tips about the area and places to eat near Maya Beach. The grounds keepers were friendly and kept everything nice for us during our stay. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. During our week stay, some of the activities we were able to do included: snorkling with Captain Jak’s, visit the Bocawina Nation Park & Zip-line Adventure, fishing, a Monkey River tour and visit some Mayan Ruins. We also spent a good amount of time relaxing and reading on the beach or by the pool. We recommend staying here.

Stop searching for a place and book here!! We absolutely LOVED our stay at Salty Bliss! The house is everything and more. We spent most of our vacation enjoying the beautiful pool looking at the lagoon! Bonnie and Dora are the nicest and so helpful. We booked a golf cart (highly recommend doing to explore the island!) and a snorkeling tour (that picked us up right from the lagoon in the back of the house!) with Bonnie’s advice and can’t recommend using the same companies enough. The house is SO stocked with everything you could ever need - towels, coolers, bags, even frozen gel packs ready to put into the coolers. When we return to Placencia I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else! Thank you so much Bonnie for making our first visit unforgettable! 💜

We had a great time in Placencia. The place was perfect for our needs - spacious, comfy, clean linens, and had all the amenities we needed. It was nice to walk to the resort and have access to the pool and restaurant. Vincent was responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had what we needed and to make recommendations. The house is a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall a great stay in Belize!

The house was as advertised. Nice and spacious and plenty of towels, linens. Well stocked Kitchen and nice outdoor space upstairs and downstairs. Host was responsive and always quick to answer! The location was not directly in town where we thought it was but it is literally a mile or so from where we thought it was. Host is fixing the location on AirBnb. This is a very spacious home but it is separate floors only connecting from outside so great if you have adult couples but wouldn’t work well if you had smaller children. Overall, lovely stay in a beautiful home.

My 7-year-old son and I had such a lovely stay at Seaview Retreat from May 1st to May 4th! The location is peaceful and just what we needed—a beautiful spot right by the sea with a refreshing breeze and calming views. The property was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. Our host was warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond with helpful suggestions about places to eat and things to do around Dangriga. My son especially loved being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the Caribbean Sea. It was especially great having space to play safely around the property. Dangriga is s small but very warm and friendly town. The community was also helpful in answering our questions. We were even able to travel to nearby Hopkins village to get some more cultural experience. We appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the space kid-friendly and relaxing for both of us. Seaview Retreat is a wonderful choice for families or anyone looking for a quiet

Great property and excellent location!!!This property is located on the Peninsula of Placencia and located in the plantation area of Placencia. This area offers a wealth of culture and accessibility to places to eat ,waterfront beaches,and pick up and drop off to the many excursions in and around Beilze.We were surprised to find such modern accommodations close to this property as well. There is 1981 an upscale restaurant located at the Naia resort, there is Umaya another upscale restaurantand resort close by as well.For desert there is an upscale and modern little ice cream parlor called "Chillpoint" just next to Sein Bight about 10 minutes down the road and several other restaurants and local businesses.We felt at home in the Oceanside Cabanas and werevery pleased with the ambiance and privacy it offered.This place is a gem and the amenities are well thought out.All in all we would definitely rate this among one of the best AirBnb properties we have had the pleasure of recommending.

I can’t say enough how amazing this stay was. This property is the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Incredibly well stocked with any kitchen item you can think of, beautiful bathrooms, super comfy beds! The beach was amazing and the views were incredible. I would have stayed for a month if I could!

I cannot say enough how perfect this stay was. Great amenities, perfect distance from town for quiet and privacy, the beach is unbelievable, and the house is immaculate. Steven was so very helpful and responsive with the many questions I had and I'm very grateful for that, it really helped improve my stay and trip overall. The beds are very Firm and that is not for everyone, but also not uncommon for the area. We did not always have hot water but that zero bothered us since the weather is much hotter and more humid than we are used to...something to know, but it was not ever uncomfortably cold either. I cannot wait to return to Belize and would stay here again without hesitation, and want to bring my young child this time. Seriously cannot recommend staying at this house enough! This was the best place I’ve ever stayed at - from offering home cooked meals and helped with telling me where the pharmacy was. Just wonderful people!

Clean, comfortable, private and value for money.

I love this location; easy access to everything. Great distance to travel to Placencia or Belmopan, Hopkins and Belize City. The neighborhood is friendly and helpful. I will definitely select this location for all my future vacations in Belize. I experienced nothing in a negative manner and I am very pleased with the cost to stay 🙂 May Allah continue to bless Tobin in all his endeavors. I highly recommend this location if you want peace and tranquility in your stay!

I stayed in Trish and Joe's place for a short visit to Placencia and it was exactly what I was looking for - private and quiet location, easy check in/out, and a 5 min walk from my favorite restaurants. I enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio while watching boats and wildlife by the water!

This was our favorite house we stayed in in Belize. Solid, good ac. nice hot water, front balcony with lovely view and birds around! Christy and John were in ready communication. The house is only about a 22 min drive to Hopkins where there are many restaurants and snorkel trips available, and several national parks with hiking to waterfalls. Dangriga is a bit sketch, but we had good Garifuna food on the weekend at South Havana bar and grill.

Had a great stay, the place was very comfortable and peaceful. Our host was very friendly and helpful.
