We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The amenities around the condo facility were very nice as well. The community near the condo was very cute and safe. We had many walks on the nearby walking path as well. We really enjoyed the walk/short drive to the restaurants, bars, and shops in Davidson. Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The location was an easy walk to the convention center and also accessible to many of the activities downtown. We even had a parking spot! Communicating with the host was super simple and they responded quickly to our questions.

This was our 2nd stay @ Connor’s place! We LOVE staying here. Perfect for what we need, walking distance to downtown Kannapolis! We love the downtown area, so much to do. The apartment was clean, we felt right at home just like the first stay. Water pressure in the shower is awesome! Comfortable bed, and other furniture. One of our favorite places we’ve stayed, and we will definitely be back!

The structure of the building makes getting the keys a bit of a journey in the beginning but after that the stay is amazing. From the comfort of the apartment itself to the great view from the upper deck. The host is extremely helpful and very responsive. If I knew it was this close a walk to the Bank of America stadium I would have came during football season.

We had such a comfortable stay! We were in town for a wedding at Separk Mansion, which is literally minutes away. So many thoughtful amenities and touches. The outside areas are perfect for relaxing - we wished we were staying longer so we could have utilized them more! Everything in the kitchen was labeled and very easy to find. We appreciated the high chair that we were able to use for our son. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were very nice.

Excellent host, location, and accommodations. The house was super clean and a great set-up for four people (could be more if couples).

Felt right at home during our whole stay! Cute house in a lovely neighborhood with great gardens and nature trees. The blue Line is only a 15 minute walk from the house, very convenient. I would recommend Brian's place and would stay there again when visiting Charlotte.

Exactly as we expected! Great stay. Peaceful, quiet, great local restaurants near by. Hosts were accommodating and responsive.

My stay was great. The home was clean with only minor cosmetic issues. Even though it is a duplex (so you share a wall with the “neighbors”), we could not hear the other guests at all throughout the home. Bria is kind and professional and responds to all questions pretty much immediately. The only thing I did not like about the home is related to the area. There is a train nearby that operates at odd hours. I am a light sleeper, so I was the only one to hear its horn blaring for a few seconds around 2 am and then again at 9:30 am.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Fort Mill. Antoinette was super responsive and communicative. Bedrooms are spacious with extra comfy bedding ( I just ordered the same comforter because I liked it so much!). Great kitchen, spacious downstairs. Had everything we needed. We have family in town so we would definately stay here again.

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

This was a fantastic stay. It was super clean and felt elegant yet welcoming. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Jeremy was a very responsive and thoughtful host. This was an excellent home away from home!

This is an incredible Airbnb. Right near downtown and yet leafy, peaceful. It’s the best condo in the building with views out 3 sides. The decor is really well done and not a single amenity or special touch is missing. Perfection is lots of little things done well! Will stay again.

Edward's place was amazing. I secured it on short notice and Edward incredibly accommodating. The beds were incredible and the layout perfect for relaxing. i would definitely go back.

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)
