Great location! Walking distance to downtown, quiet area. This spot is in a superb location, inside feels soundproof almost. It’s cozy and spacious at the same time. We really had a fabulous time staying here and was sad to leave. The pictures honestly are good but when you see it in person, wow! The inside decor is very up to the times, great selfie spots, big tv projector , comfy bed. We didn’t actually use the pool because it was raining so often but we spent a lot of time on the deck. Overall would love to stay here again. The host Michael was very responsive, accommodating and we couldn’t have been more pleased with this selection.

We had an incredible stay at this St. John gem! If you're looking for a private, authentic island experience, this is it. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, making us feel right at home. The house itself is a charming rustic island home with breathtaking views. We loved having two separate living spaces, perfect for our group of two couples. The provided coolers, chairs, and floaties were a fantastic bonus, and we truly felt like we were living like locals. Plus, it was wonderfully affordable for all the amenities and views. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment with an open layout and the most magnificent views. At booking, I did not realize that the common area was open to the outside, with only screens and no AC. However, this gave a wonderful feeling, like being in an eco lodge, and there were AC units in the two bedrooms, which made sleeping very comfortable. It appeared that some of the other units in this complex had sliding doors to the patio. But we were out during the day and it was not unpleasantly warm when we were inside. If climate control at all times is important to you, then I would not recommend this unit. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality cookware and knives, which is rare in most rental properties. The parking space and close proximity to supermarkets and downtown were fantastic benefits as well. The unit was also stocked with beach towels, snorkeling gear, a cooler, beach chairs, etc. so we were able to pack light and did not need to rent items. Hope to return!

Was a great place to stay for two people. Felt secluded out on the deck at night with all the plants and trees. The bed is extremely comfy and big. Very nice having ac at night and the full kitchen is great if you feel like cooking your own meal once and awhile. I’ll def be looking to stay here again in the future!

Incredible energy, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, and secluded from the rest of the world. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to escape on a small island, look no further. Grab a golf cart from Rachel’s rentals and enjoy the freedom of exploring water island! Ingrid was a delight in helping us with anything we needed. Everyone that was working/staying on the property was like minded and wonderful. Can’t wait to come back:)

This spot was very clean and updated nicely! Nice view overlooking the boat docks and great sunrise pictures if you are an early bird! Recommend staying here for anyone looking to go to Sapphire Beach! Very quick responding and great updates. 10/10!
