It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

We had a great time at Wymans apartment. The flat is big and lots of sunshine, great kitchen and outdoor area. Especially the gym and pool are a great plus. The communication with Wyman was great. Thank you again.

The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities I could need, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. We booked this unit at the last minute and received a response in less than 15 minutes for same day check-in! We found it exactly as listed, extremely clean, and easy to access. The area is very quiet and family friendly, with shopping and restaurants options within 5 miles. Great access to the airport and about 30 minutes from the beach. Our expectations were exceeded when walking in and a little snack basket and thank you card greeted us. The response time from start to finish was prompt, helpful, and friendly. Five stars all around!

It was such a great place to stay. So clean and so beautifully decorated. I really felt like I was in a spa setting. We overlooked the pool and it was so peaceful and calm. The place was very safe and people so friendly. The amenities were awesome with access to 2 pools,fitness center and pickle ball courts within walking distance!!!Also the kitchen equipped with all the essentials for cooking and baking!!! I can’t wait to come back!! The owner was so accommodating and helped us out with letting us stay even longer than we had planned. It was truly the best place to stay while visiting my sister!!! It felt like home

Carols place was great. It was extremely clean. The bathrooms were a little older but the paint was fresh. The facility was great. A nice pool and multiple jacuzzis. Very easy drive to many resturants.

We had a great time at a beautiful place for our very first rental! Lots to do just within the little community for different age ranges. Short distance to multiple things to do. Great host and would stay again!

We've stayed with Jordan 2 times now. It's a lovely home and in a fantastic community. It is a great place to enjoy the outdoors, walk, golf, and close to St Augustine if you want to take a short 15-20 drive to town. It's close to shopping, and everything you need is within minutes. I'd highly recommend it.

This place was PERFECT for what I needed. I was doing a lot of food prep for an event and the kitchen and large dining table are awesome. The whole place was cozy. I didn’t use the pool or the workout room like I thought I would. There was always parking, the bed is comfy, shower, TV and AC work great. Quiet except for some traffic noise outside. Seema and Rohit were communicative and enjoyable. Thank you!

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Theresa’s house. She was flexible for us to check in easy and wonderful kitchen amenities and abeautiful. We would recommend anyone to stay there. The pictures match the space and the space was clean and well kept.

Let me start with Madia was fantastic and very quick to respond. I would definitely visit this place again the condo was spacious and clean. Very quiet peaceful neighborhood and was close to many dining options. The condo is decorated wonderfully the beds are comfortable the linens are clean and comfortable. The living area was a great place for the family to come together and talk. I highly recommend this condo if you are visiting St Simmons.

Fantastic house in a beautiful part of St. Augustine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the pool and garden are ideal for relaxing. It’s within walking distance of a great coffee shop, restaurants, and bars. I would highly recommend this property.

This was our second stay at Danielle’s place and it was everything we remembered it being. The house was clean, beds comfortable, there’s room to spread out and it’s in a quiet location central to our needs. Danielle is always very friendly and responsive to my questions. It was a great stay!
