Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Le petit appartement de 35 m² dispose d'un salon, d'une cuisine bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, d'une chambre avec plafond en bois et d'une salle de bains et peut accueillir 3 personnes.

Rindlereck

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.

Holiday with a view

This cosy apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, even for longer stays. You can park your car in the underground car park. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nur 250 Meter vom Bahnhof Bruneck entfernt. Innerhalb 200 metern gibt es 3 Supermärkte (Aldi, Lidl...) Parkplatz in unserer Garage: EUR 11 pro Tag Unüberdachter Parkplatz am Haus: EUR 6 pro Tag Ebenso gibt es mehrere Bars, in denen man frühstücken kann 250 meter vom Zugbahnhof "Bruneck" entfernt.
