This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a weeks stay at this beautiful flat and were all super sad to leave. The views and balcony are incredible, and such an amazing bonus to have. The flat is incredibly well kitted out and very comfortable. We loved the location, walkable to Hastings but loads of more local options too. Steven is a fab host, couldn’t ask for better. Helpful, flexible and proactive - this place is a real gem!

Perfect flat for our weekend stay in Hastings. The accommodation is just as per the photos, well equipped, with a nice shower, and a very comfortable bed as mentioned by previous guests in the reviews! We slept really well! Parking in the street was easy during the weekend. The flat is well located, very close to the train station, St Leonards high street - Kings Road - with lots of really nice restaurants, cafés and shops, and also very near the beach front and not too far from Hastings Old Town. Phoebe was a great host and gave us some local recommendations.

Great location in old town. Flat well equipped and comfortable. Alleyway entrance to flat is a bit dirty with bins which is a bit off putting when you arrive however flat more than makes up for it and Jane great host providing recommendations on where to eat. Went to the Crown and enjoyed the food and ambience.

It’s a great place in a great location. The flat is full of interesting and attractive things, and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and lots of ingredients available. We appreciated the milk and the lemon drizzle cake on arrival! The street outside if full of fascinating independent shops, bookshops, antique dealers, vintage clothes , coffee shops - and some excellent restaurants very nearby.

John was a great, friendly, and very helpful host. The apartment was so comfortable and clean, beautifully decorated. A Perfect spot. Great outside space, on the beach and the back garden. Our Dog loved it too. They had thought of so much, i liked the box that contained dog blankets and towels. They had everything you needed for a dog guest too. It was a great weekend. Peaceful, relaxing, we loved exploring Pevensey and chilling in a lovely apartment. Thank you. We would love to stay again

We LOVE Helen’s house - it is in a fabulous location, spotlessly clean, exactly as pictured and so beautiful and comfortable. I would recommend Helen and her beautiful house to everyone. Thanks Helen for the bottle of champagne and chocolate you left for New Years Eve, such a lovely thoughtful gesture.

Great place to stay for a few days with the family. Clean and well equipped. Taz was always quick to respond to messages. Train horns woke my baby a couple of times in the day when we had the windows open, but knew that might happen when we booked as could see it was next to a rail line.

David’s house was fantastic for our family weekend away- a great location and super responsive and helpful host with so many thoughtful additions (snacks for our pooch!) - especially the thick bath towels! I rarely comment on the decor or furniture of where we stay but David’s house is definitely worth a mention- tastefully decorated with so many interesting prints, photographs and art work, complemented by local information and snippets. A delight to spend a few days in! We shall be back.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. You can see how much time and thought has gone into decorating the house. The kitchen was practical with a wide range of equipment. Everything is provided for an easy stay with a dog. Would definitely stay again.

Great location as walkable to the beach and family friendly activities and cafés. The home was really comfortable and peaceful after a long day of tourist activities!

A superb apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable, warm and spacious. Excellent modern kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Lovely garden too! A short walk to the prom. Sandra is an excellent and very helpful host, even providing earplugs in case you need them for the early morning road noise which might disturb light sleepers. We'd never been to Bexhill before so Sandra's apartment was a real find and made for a lovely few days on the Sussex coast.

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

Another wonderful stay at The Lookout! I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, private and expansive environment - it truly felt meant to be. Sam and Andy were such thoughtful hosts, making everything feel easy and welcoming from start to finish. I won’t forget this little chapter :)

We spent a lovely weekend staying at Kats apartment. It was well kitted out with lots of nice little touches like blankets and other items for the beach. I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

The Airbnb was amazing probably the best airbnb we have stayed at and we have stayed at many ! From the moment we stepped out of the car and walked down into the garden saw the amazing view ,then the accommodation, we knew we had found a special place . It was clean, bright and so peaceful inside , there is nothing to want for ! The welcome hamper was lovely and very thoughtful ! Carla and her husband are lovely, nothing is too much trouble for them , they are there if you need them otherwise it’s your to enjoy ! Would definitely book again if it is available If I could give it more than a 5 I would !

A fantastic apartment in a great location - beautifully and stylishly decorated, immaculately clean and with everything you could need, and some great mod cons like Bluetooth connection to a speaker system. Fabulous balcony with sea view, very quiet and lovely walks from the door - we walked along the cliffs through Fairlight to Hastings - about 3 hours - and got a taxi back. Warren was really kind and helpful, even arranging for some fizz to be put in the fridge for our arrival (it was my friend’s 60th birthday). Great place - highly recommended.

Demi’s flat is such a great place for a seaside get away. We absolutely loved our time there - so close to the beach and old town, a gorgeous view from the lovely garden and the flat is so big and beautiful designed with all the comforts you can think of. We will hopefully be back again!
