A superb apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable, warm and spacious. Excellent modern kitchen with everything you need to cook in. Lovely garden too! A short walk to the prom. Sandra is an excellent and very helpful host, even providing earplugs in case you need them for the early morning road noise which might disturb light sleepers. We'd never been to Bexhill before so Sandra's apartment was a real find and made for a lovely few days on the Sussex coast.

Absolutely lovely location and people!! I loved the personal touches Isabelle had added to make everything feel nice and homey. Incredibly thoughtful hosts and a restorative, relaxing stay. Recommend highly!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at No.83! We felt completely at home there and didn't want to leave. The flat is in a convenient location, extremely close to the train station and with plenty of bus routes nearby. There are lots of shops and amenities in the surrounding roads, as well as the seafront approximately 5 minutes walk down the road. The flat was beautiful, with pretty much everything we could possibly need - and anything it didn't have was easily solved thanks to the nearby shops. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and equipment, the guest login for the TV was extremely convenient, and the bed was super comfortable. We would happily stay at No.83 again!

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The only issue I had was the strange noise the shower made, the first time I used it I wondered what was going on, also as the noise calmed the water got cooler and one side if the shower door came off it's runner. It didn't impact my stay and is easily fixed.

Nice little apartment, walking distance to everywhere we needed to get to in Eastbourne. Had a minor issue when we first arrived which was quickly dealt with and went above and beyond to help. Very much appreciated.

Apartment was exactly as shown. We were very happy there. Visited Rye to attend a wedding at the town hall and reception at the George. The location of the apartment was perfect for this. Really enjoyed our time in and around Rye. Many thanks Chris.

We had a fabulous stay at Katie's lovely property. Such a warm and welcoming accomodation. Spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed with lovely 'B/bee' touches. We would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Another wonderful stay at The Lookout! I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, private and expansive environment - it truly felt meant to be. Sam and Andy were such thoughtful hosts, making everything feel easy and welcoming from start to finish. I won’t forget this little chapter :)

Excellent host from start to finish. It really felt like Paul cares about his property and cares about his guests. The little touches of amazing fresh bread, milk, coffee, fruit etc were really kind and very much appreciated. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the apartment. Also the proximity to the restaurants and bars is perfect - not to near to hear the noise but only just a few minutes walk away….. and there are some really great restaurants and bars in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

Wir sind auf einer Rundreise durch Cornwall und Hastings war unser erstes Ziel. Die Lage ist ok, die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

We spent a lovely weekend staying at Kats apartment. It was well kitted out with lots of nice little touches like blankets and other items for the beach. I would highly recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

Just got home from a great stay at The Manhattan Apartment. The apartment is really spacious and well laid out. We loved the interiors and were so grateful that every day essentials were provided in situ such as soap and dishwasher tablets. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked dinner most nights which was great for us as we have young kids. The apartment is in a great location close to the train station and water front. We visited St Leonard’s and Hastings Old Town on foot and were so glad we were in the middle. It’s mentioned in the description that there can be some noise due to location and we experienced this on our first night but it didn’t go on too late and didn’t bother us at all. Good that we were pre warned though! Lorna was very helpful answering pre arrival questions and the arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely recommend her apartment as the perfect base for a break in Hastings!

Michael was the perfect host with a lovely property which had everything you need for a wonderful stay. In great location for amenities and short walk to beach. Would throughly recommend.

A fantastic apartment in a great location - beautifully and stylishly decorated, immaculately clean and with everything you could need, and some great mod cons like Bluetooth connection to a speaker system. Fabulous balcony with sea view, very quiet and lovely walks from the door - we walked along the cliffs through Fairlight to Hastings - about 3 hours - and got a taxi back. Warren was really kind and helpful, even arranging for some fizz to be put in the fridge for our arrival (it was my friend’s 60th birthday). Great place - highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful space - loved every minute of it. Very clean, well designed and was perfect for relaxing weekend by the sea. Super great hosts as well! Couldn’t recommend it more!

Beautiful stay in Hastings. The apartment was so quaint, with a lovely balcony which is such a sun trap and great for a little morning yoga. Breakfast was such a bonus too. Thank you PollyAnna :)

Lovely apartment - beautiful view into the gardens. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Allison was very welcoming, easy to contact and responsive. We would recommend anytime again

the Bronte suite above the Apothecary coffee house was spacious, beautifully decorated, with all amenities etc. It's in a central location on the high street which means you're 5 minutes walk to any part of the town, or 10 minutes to the car park if you park in gibbet marsh like we did (very cheap; other car parks are available). Rye is popular with tourists so the high street is quite busy and this is noticeable at pub closing time, so be prepared. The house is grade 2 listed so no double glazing. I can recommend the Lemongrass restaurant if you like Thai food, and the Mermaid if you like a historic setting and delicious nouvelle cuisine. I would definitely recommend, we had a lovely time . Also the host Michael was very responsive when I was struggling with the key safe! (be prepared to squat on the ground to operate it!)

Demi’s flat is such a great place for a seaside get away. We absolutely loved our time there - so close to the beach and old town, a gorgeous view from the lovely garden and the flat is so big and beautiful designed with all the comforts you can think of. We will hopefully be back again!

Spacious character flat with all the conveniences. Centrally located and close to the Old Town, beach and excellent choice of restaurants. Jordan our host was affable and made sure we had what we needed for a pleasant stay

Lovely apartment in a great location close to the Old Town with a good selection of restaurants and the seafront. Long stay car park really near the property so parked the car and mostly walked every where during our stay. Looking forward to a return visit.
