Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

Perfect location for anyone visiting St. Augustine! Just a short walk to historic downtown, yet in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood filled with historic homes. Very comfortable place with everything you may need. Highly recommend!

This is a clean, comfortable apartment in a great location near historic Saint Augustine. It has a private, dedicated parking space in the driveway of the apartment. We left our car there for three days and were able to walk to the historic section, good restaurants, and a variety of really good art galleries and stores. Live music is abundant in the area, there was no shortage of things to see and do. Liz is a warm, friendly host who was always ready to accommodate a request if at all possible. We highly recommend a stay there.

Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

Our family of three stayed at Sandra’s two bedroom unit for 4 nights. The house is clean, beds are super comfortable, it’s equipped with everything we need, includes beach chairs. The location is perfect, within 10 minutes walking distance to the historic old town, and also only about 10-15 minutes drive to beaches nearby. We will absolutely come back to stay here again when we visit St Augustine area next.

This is a perfect place for 2 people to stay that plan to visit historic Saint Augustine! Very walkable to Saint George street - once we parked the car we didn’t have to move it. Parking spot is in a small private driveway off the road, which was very convenient. Place was clean and had a nice bathroom. Looks exactly like the pictures. Allison and Jay were very responsive and friendly, and even sent me additional recommendations upon my request. There are three units in the house (with separate entrances and separate specific parking locations), but we had quiet, respectful neighbors so no issues there. Overall, this is a great place to stay and we would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in St. Augustine! The place was spotless, well-equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay, and just minutes from the historic downtown. The hot tub was a perfect bonus to relax after a day of exploring. Highly recommend!

nick was an amazing host, the place was perfect and it made the weekend so enjoyable ! coming to a private, clean, and quaint home after being out exploring the city felt so amazing. couldn't be happier we got to stay, and will be back as soon as possible. bonus points for the most comfortable bed AND an extra fan for those who like a cold sleep !!

We had a fantastic time here. It was quiet, a wonderful neighborhood to go for a walk along the river and so peaceful. Our golden retriever had the best time also especially having her own fenced in yard. We will definitely be back!!

So happy we found this place! The perfect getaway and close to the beach. Kitchen was above my expectations. Plenty of seating whether unwinding in front of the couch, eating or playing games at the long table. Two bedrooms have a balcony that is great for morning coffee. One thing I was concerned about was the comfort of the beds while having a bad back. Not the case here. The beds were so comfortable - even the queen bunk! My 6’ tall daughter was able to stretch and slept like a baby! We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this place and any place they own as both Alejandro and Shaiffu were super attentive.

Tina was thoughtful and easy to work with. The space was impeccably clean, safe, very pleasant, had excellent amenities, and the location was outstanding. It truly felt like home. Thank you, Tina, for allowing us to stay there!

This space was perfect for our girls weekend! The space is exactly as shown in the pictures and was so bright. It was very close to all of the things in the city we wanted to do including the winery and St. George Street and the neighborhood was very quiet while we were there. The outside space and hot tub were great. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband, dog Stella and I had a wonderful months stay at Krysta‘s house. The house and yard were lovely as was the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood and met many nice folks. The location was also ideal to get to the old town and the beaches. The house was a wonderful size, a comfy master bedroom and nice kitchen. A perfect place for 4 but even with 6 it was worked! We enjoyed the house and the backyard a lot and the one minor issue we had was taken care of by Krysta immediately. I’d highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

Skip's place was wonderful for our family of 5: 3 kids 7-14! It was the last condo in a row, so it felt extra private for a condo setting. The feel of the complex was also very homey and laid back, which was a pleasant surprise to us... The whole condo complex was smaller and quieter than we expected (in the best of way). The pool was great, the walk to the beach was literally a stone's throw, and the beach was really wonderful with easy boogie boarding waves and clean sand. Inside, there was much more spaciousness than we thought by the pictures (same as pics, just perspective in-person felt more roomy). The only down-ish-side I can think of is that our kids are not used to light when they sleep, and the room with bunks that the kids stayed in had peaks of light shine through at night because it's not possible to turn the outside porch light off (on at night for all condos)--and that light is right outside the "kids" bedroom (a very minor issue though) We'd definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lauren’s condo. Check-in was easy and she responded quickly to the few questions we had. The condo was clean, well equipped and close to the beach. The location was also great with several restaurants nearby and an easy drive to historic St Augustine. I would love to book the condo again next time I’m in town.

Kimberly's place was excellent for our family! it's a great location walkable from downtown St. Augustine in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The rooms were all very comfortable and accommodating. Having baby family amenities like the pack and play, Disney+, and toddler plates/cups was a huge plus. The air conditioning worked well and was easily controllable. The building was quiet and accessible. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and pots/pans to actually cook if we wanted. we had a great time exploring shops and restaurants and taking daily trips to the beaches!

Rental was very clean. Had plenty of extras like towels, high quality beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, etc. that made for a great stay. Location was away from overly commercial area which made it quiet and beach entrance was right across the street. Commute to downtown St Augustine was easy.

We were very pleased with our stay at the condo. It was perfect for our weekend. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The complex was quiet and well maintained. The beach was a short walk and the walk to the very nice pool was even shorter. The hosts communicated well. Would definitely rent again.

We loved our stay at Darlene’s place and will return every time we visit the area. It was very comfortable clean and very nice decor! Darlene was very friendly and helpful answering questions.

If anyone has ever vacationed at the beach with kids you know how overwhelming it can be. Between toys, towels, lugging everything up and down the beach, etc. Our stay made that so much easier. We’ve stayed at beach condos before and while they offer “toys and chairs” it’s maybe just one or two things. Not where. We brought our own chairs and toys in case the “toys and chairs” provided are what we’ve had from past experiences but with this place. We honestly could have just came with the clothes in our bags. The house was lived in which we loved. Sometimes when you go to Airbnbs it feels like a museum. Not this place. Had quite the amount of storage for such a small place. The kitchen was very well stocked with things to cook with. I am already booking our trip next year as we would love to come back. The only thing I could probably say as a downside is the upstairs master bedroom does get a little warm despite downstairs being so cold.

The condo is clean and nicely furnished. We stayed for eight weeks and were very comfortable. It is also nice to have beach chairs, towels and other beach equipment available. The location of the condo community is very good. Easy in and out, with restaurants, bars, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby. We also appreciated the heated pool and car wash station in the condo community. We would definitely stay again.
