I had a fantastic stay at this property and will definitely return. The room was much larger than I expected, very clean and beautifully decorated. The uninterupted view of the sea from my balcony was stunning. The property is also bigger than the pictures show, with lots of little quiet places outside to relax as well. After a long flight, it was nice that there was a restaurant on site so I didn't have to venture out for food. However it was the hosts that made this place truly stand out. Annette was a blessing and Donnie was a delight - truly the best hosts I've ever encountered. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible, even making delicious early morning breakfasts for me when I couldnt sleep! They helped arrange my transport around town, advised on problems I was having with my trip and lots more. I highly recommend this property and thanks again to the lovely team!

The Villa was just as pictured—beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. Joyce, who is also on the property, was wonderful and readily assisted with all our needs. My only concern was the Birthday package I purchased; at $120, I felt the value didn’t match the price, as it only included a few balloons. Additionally, we hired the on-site chef, who was fantastic—every meal he prepared was absolutely amazing. However, despite spending $575 on groceries, we found that there wasn’t enough food for four people. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay.

A nice secluded unit close time the airport and beach. The private beach access that comes with the rental, is a quick drive away and absolutely worth it. This unit operates like a hotel with the convenience to order food, transportation/excursions while providing a nice peaceful spot to rest and relax. Unit is very spacious.

Great stay, we loved how clean it was. The staff is helpful too. The photos don’t do this place justice. Beautiful

Annette and her team ensured we had an amazing time throughout our stay. The food was amazing, done to order and some of the most authentic Jamaican dishes we’ve ever tried. We were so comfortable we didn’t even leave the property for the entire stay. The bar, lounge and pool area was so comfortable and fully stocked for all our needs. The property itself was beautiful and well thought out. The room is super spacious, clean, modern and so comfortable. We have to give a huge shout out to Annette for the food - it was the best food I’d ever had and I’m Jamaican. Would definitely recommend everything on the menu!! Definitely 10 stars all around ⭐️

I could write a paragraph about this place and my stay. From the time we arrived until the time we left the whole entire staff treated us with priority. It was like a breath of fresh air, the views were amazing as well as the food from breakfast to dinner. This is a hidden gem with a lot to offer with reasonable pricing. Whether if you want to do excursions, use the day pass to go to Rose Hall Beach Club or day tours, the staff is here to assist in getting you set up to enjoy your vacation. I plan to stay here again once I return. I would recommend getting a driver if you would like to get around to certain places being that UBER is very new so it may be hard to locate someone at first, but their taxi services are amazing. The staff goes above and beyond and this exceeded my expectations. I spent birthday her and I don’t regret it at all. It was nice meeting others who stayed at the villas as well, everyone was so friendly and made the time there more enjoyable.

This is wonderful hideaway, clean neat with awesome views. My host was gracious and helpful. I felt right at home. Beyond the Sea is a best kept island secrete.

Errol and his wife are very welcoming and easy-going. I am a solo female traveler and I felt safe. Any questions or concerns I had were answered immediately. I would highly recommend staying at Errol's place if you are looking for a true Jamaican "Yardi" lifestyle. It is a great experience to meet and mingle with the locals.

We love this property. The view is great, the location is great, the pool is great for a swim when it gets super hot! We liked the updates, & look forward to returning to this property!

Great place to have a quiet, relaxing stay. You will need transportation and the owner helped me by connecting to someone he knows. They are very helpful and answered my questions when I needed.

My family and I just love this beautiful property! Very spacious, secure, comfortable, and clean. The pool is so refreshing and therapeutic on a hot day in Jamaica. We hosted our annual family reunion at the property , it was amazing and able to accommodate all of our needs . The sea is directly across the street and the beach is a very short walk down the road. Whenever I visit Jamaica this is and will always be my go to. The property owner Susan responds immediately and is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and things to. 5 stars!!!

Me and my husband stayed with Mr & Mrs Powell for 5 days in there lovely home they treated us like we were family; they are a very friendly & pleasant couple who went above and beyond for us..very good service:-)) lots of bars and restaurants for you to go to, Ivette took us around;we will definitely be staying here again later on in the year when we come for another vacation we recommend the powells for you take your holiday break here
