This small but comfortable home has amenities galore, is nestled on a double lot just 2 blocks from the river & 1 block away from a popular biking/walking trail. Sleeps 5 people comfortably. This cozy home was remodeled specifically to host travelers. Every effort has been made to provide the amenities people seek while away from home. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious kitchen open to a great room that is perfect for socializing, cooking and relaxing, watching the ducks swim by. Dock installed in 2025. The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.

3 bedroom (2 king, 1 queen), 2 bath house located on South Center Lake. Soak in the beautiful view from the HOT TUB and private balconies. Enjoy your summer on the lake or cozy up for a night in with the heated floors during the winter months. Snacks and a coffee, fresh ground from our local roaster (Dark or light roast - your choice!) Onsite laundry/gas grill/full kitchen/yard games/paddle boat/canoe Entrance on lower level is wheelchair accessible.

Near 3 wineries, 2 breweries, and a short boat ride to historic Coney Island. 4 bedrooms (one hidden!), 3 bathrooms-plenty of room for everyone. Dock with kayaks and SUP to use. Pontoon ($375) per day available-Message me for details. Large deck with large views, and a screened in boathouse for you to enjoy on the water. Max 8 guests at any time, NO EVENTS.

Enjoy Lake Minnetonka views from this adorable 2-bedroom cottage! We're right across the road from the lake, with kayak access two blocks away through Chester Park. Spend a night at the fire pit enjoying the views, or take a short walk to Al and Alma's: a local restaurant icon offering full restaurant/bar, sunset dinners and awesome cruises. Little House by Lake Phalen

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
