Excellent host and beautiful house! This was my third stay and not my last!

Neil was a great host. Even with the confusion at check in (fault of my own) he was extremely understanding and proactive. The home was beautiful and the view was even better!! Clean, comfy and had just about everything you need. Short drive to stores and restaurants, the only thing I’d say is if you renting in the colder months, bring warm pjs and socks. The girls were cold and the guys were not lol Overall, 5 star experience.

The house was in a great location, close to everything we needed! There are a lot of stores, restaurants nearby. The house was very clean, easy to get into with keypad on back door. There was a nice welcome basket with pop, water, chips and candy. The house had very comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend this house!

house was homey and beds were comfortable. Amanda was very responsive and friendly. She also left us a little note, wishing our girl's good luck at their dance competition. that was very thoughtful. we would definitely stay again.

The house worth what we paid for. I really liked the house and the location and the access into the property was very easy. The area is beautiful and safe. We’re going back in the summer. Thank you so much Fadi for your services and your kindness. We really appreciate your hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay.beautiful home and surroundings.. The one thing that would be nice to have is an earlier check in time (so we could enjoy more of the day) and a checkout between 11:00-12:00 instead of 10.. Not a deal breaker just a suggestion 🤗 Thank you

Our 2nd stay at Troy’s!!! More trips coming also this summer! As I stated before, super lake front home- just perfect! Safe, restaurant within walking distance! Plenty of room for truck and boat! Close to numerous boat launches! The home is just perfect decor and waking up with the sun/lake in your face makes this home a huge bargain! Also can dock quickly can grab some lunch or anything you forgot on boat! Thanks Again Holly & some fisherman from Ohio

The best airbnb money can buy if you ever find yourself in Yale. CJ is responsive and informative, the unit is cozy (as advertised!), and the amenities are amazing!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was wonderfully decorated with a charming and cozy aesthetic, and it was impeccably clean throughout. The host was exceptionally friendly and always available to answer any questions, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We travel a ton and Tj's place was by far one of our favorites. It was stunning, pristine, and close to the public beach which was breathtaking. It felt like we were staying in a Hallmark movie. If we ever make it back to Port Huron, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Tj!!

Enjoyed our time in the area. I'm from the lake area and enjoyed being centrally located to friends and family. Its a quiet location for the most part. Commonly refered to as a carriage house, located over the garage, you do here conversations and comings and goings of people adjacent to the property. We found everything we needed in the apartment. Bed was firm. which we enjoy, very cofortable. Linens were nice and served our stay well. Heating and cooling worked well and there was ample hot water. It takes a bit to reach the upstairs, but once it does, the pressure is good. Be aware that the stairway up is quite steep...may not be suitable for some. There are hand rails and a light in the stairway. There are a number of restaurants in the area...M29 diner is a favorite and Marine City Fish Company just up the river is also one of our area favorites. We would maybe stay here again if in the area, but think we prefer fully private dwellings.

This is a great little place. Having the garage in winter is worth it.

They responded so quickly, very nice easy to communicate. Just the bed was kinda uncomfortable. Stayed for a month they were great.
