George was so kind! He let us check in early and came to help us get the door unlocked! By the end of the trip we’d adopted him as “Uncle George”! He was beyond helpful and we’d definitely come back to stay here!

Amy’s place was great. I was there for a few nights and her place was very comfortable and homey. There was plenty of space for privacy and she was quick to respond at all times. Would definitely recommend!!

Felt more like a second home to me than an Airbnb! This was my first time ever booking a room in a shared space for my Airbnb & I was very pleasantly surprised. My dog enjoyed the company of a couple other dogs & everything in the house was accessible and clean. David, thank you for everything! You will surely see me in the future. Would definitely book again 👍🏻👍🏻

Our stay with Sonia was great. She was super friendly and hospitable. She was flexible with our early check in which was very end minute and she was also flexible with our checkout , so we got to sleep in a little more. Her dogs were super friendly and got along with mine, and they definitely had company and space to run around. Super peaceful and suburban neighborhood and very safe. Definitely recommend Sonia's place and definitely rebooking!

We loved this gem! Perfectly positioned in a neighborhood with bakeries, bookstores, bars available to wander to yet quiet and calm. The bikes were an essential part of our New Orleans excursions (and thanks for the helmets!). Lucia and Folwell were so responsive to our needs. What a treat

Erich’s place is located on a quiet street. I rate it as walkable, that being said, I have no problem walking a mile. 15-20 minute walk gets you to the French Quarter. Also we drive in from Houston and there was plenty of on street parking directly in front of the home. For us this was perfect, nice and quiet at night. So, we were able to get a good night’s sleep. This seems to be a wonderfully restored New Orleans home. One bedroom downstairs with a very nice full bath the other bedroom is up a slightly narrow tall staircase, with another very nice full bath. The home was spotless. I wish there was a king bed in one of the bedrooms but, otherwise I have no complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Joe is a stereotypical New Orleans native! Kind, knowledgeable and he loves to host! We were visiting a nearby college and he is simply a chock full of great information. I only regret not having more time to explore this great city. It deserves a lot more quality time. Thank you Joe

Paula’s place is in such a great location! We loved watching the street car drive by. The bed is super squeaky. We spent most of our time on the beautiful balcony, however it was quite dirty/dusty from the trees and it was easy to track that back inside. We enjoyed our stay otherwise!

I kept a diary of our experiences in NOLA. Here's what I wrote about Cailin's house: "Our AIRbnb was a kind of Carribean-colored duplex, arranged as two shotgun houses joined side by side. All the rooms were arranged in a tight line each of which could be closed off from the adjacent ones—a series of boxes with doors. Livingroom, bedroom, bathroom, bedroom, diningroom, kitchen. Movement through the house was a rectilinear experience different from any other place that the three of us have ever lived in. We soon adjusted to this floorplan without difficulty. But after returning home five days later, when I openned the door of my house, I realized what an exotic experience it had been to live for four days in a shotgun duplex. In my house there are so many choices to make as to where to turn. I can enter or exit the kitchen from 2 different doors, the living room from 5! So many choices, it’s an absolutely dizzying experience! How can I recover?!.... Ah, yes, now I know the answer.

Overall, we had a great stay. The house was really nice for what it was worth. The only issue was, the outside doesn't look to appealing. It looks disheveled and on a semi-busy street. If you are in the front 2 rooms (living room and 1st bedroom) you can hear the cars whizzing by. The 2nd/3rd bedrooms you can't really hear. The stay overall was very accommodating. The host was very responsive, the beds/linens were nice, comfy and clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but it did it's job. If you're on a budget, I'd definitely consider this for other guests.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying at Ian's place when we were in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. We loved how easy it was to walk to Canal Street for the big Endymion parade on the Saturday of Mardi Gras weekend. We were also easy walking distance (about 1 block) from a yummy restaurant where we had a nice breakfast. There is a grocery store incredibly close as well, which came in handy to stock the fully-equipped kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out for every meal. Ian gave us a lot of great information in advance so we better understood the parade situation and how to best enjoy it. He also furnished the rental with folding chairs for our use during the parade, and sunscreen, too! The house itself was very nice and spacious. We actually hung out there more than we expected to. It was nice to have a comfortable place away from the chaos of the French Quarter area, and we even did some laundry with the full washer and dryer provided.

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Staying at Marcus place was really nice, very clean we would sit on the porch in the morning and have our coffee, highly recommend

Just wanted to share our fantastic experience at the ARBB we stayed at. We absolutely loved the pool and the charming units. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Wilson, who went out of his way to take care of us during our stay. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter and within walking distance to just about anything. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

Michael was a very responsive host. He answered every question. Maintenance was frequently on property. Other guest in compound were friendly. Courtyard was so relaxing and beautiful. One Uber driver complimented the neighborhood as hugely improved, safe and popular. Thanks for a lovely stay in NOLA.

Unlike many Airbnbs, the door code was unique to us which gave a lot of comfort. Place was as described, clean and comfortable. But the pool is not the type you can do laps in!

My friends and I had a fantastic time and were comfortable at The Chateau. Prior to our arrival, Michael was very responsive to questions. At the time of arrival, Wilson was extremely helpful and friendly. Other folks working at The Chateau were lovely and warm. It's a great location, allowing us to walk to almost every destination we hoped to visit. The outdoor space was so comfortable, and other guests were respectful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will definitely consider The Chateau for future visits to New Orleans!

Had a fabulous family Christmas vacation at this Airbnb! Wilson was the on site property manager/concierge and he was accessible, responsive, friendly and communicated wonderfully to any concerns we had. Bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable with good bedding. Fun to stay in a famous chef’s previous home. Courtyard was wonderful - we spent a lot of time out there. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub was unavailable from our first day through our second to last day. That was a top amenity priority for me in choosing this property. Wilson, was diligent in getting it fixed and communicating about the status, however. I would certainly return here for future visits to New Orleans!
