Downstairs there is a wet room with fired earth tiles, underfloor heating, jam pan basin and Soap Co toiletries, quarry tiled floor to the kitchen with stable door. Dishwasher, ceramic hob and neff oven, butler sink. Dualit toaster and Kettle and ROK coffee maker. Integrated fridge. The lounge has a open fire with coal, kindling supplied. Luxury Leather sofa and dining area for 2. Smart TV with Netflix The bedroom has double bed with top of the range "Vi Sprung" mattress, "The White Company" Egyptian cotton linen. Dressing gowns and slippers are also provided. A vintage style record player and vinyl records are also in the bedroom. A selection of vinyl is also provided but why not bring your own special song and surprise your partner. Wifi included. Courtyard enclosed garden, with outside power, seating, lighting and cobblestones. As soon as you arrive you will be able to make that cup of tea, we provide tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, freshly ground coffee, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and fresh flowers. We also provide a few goodies for yourself and should you book you dog in a welcome pack for your furry friend. Dogs are charged at £20 per booking. You will have the whole of the property and the outside courtyard all to yourselves. Stunning sunsets at the right time of year with plenty of parking outside. There are abundant mine buildings around this area including the Wheal Coates Mine. It is a great area for walking with beautiful views. Close by are the sandy beaches of Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth with rock pools and caves.

It has underfloor heating, woodburner and two luxurious outdoor baths from where you can lie back and watch the stars. it is only a 15-minute walk to pretty sandy beaches, delightful beach cafes and cosy traditional pubs. Close to Portscatho, St Mawes and the King Harry Ferry.

Lower Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables boast a wood fired hot tub, beams, wood burner, luxurious bathroom with roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy the rural idyll; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced gardens with barbecue and fire pit for stargazing.

Cosy and comfortable South facing miners cottage, in a tucked away spot in a good location for exploring Cornwall. Ideal for either two couples or a family with children, as the single beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a super king bed. Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.

We have two pet goats, a pet Soay sheep and a Jack Russell. The location is quiet, yet it is just a 15-minute stroll into the village of St Agnes with its full range of amenities, and a 20-minute walk (5 min drive) to the nearest beach and the southwest coastal path.
