Very Specious flat with amazingly helpful family of the host who stays in the same Bunglow at the ground floor. They are very helpful, jolly and helps you feel like home even in the unknown city. I would Highly recommend their stay for families travelling to Srinagar. Its very close to Dal Lake and Market area as well.

Staying here was such a heartwarming experience. Rahil’s family is incredibly sweet and welcoming. They never made us feel like paying guests, but rather like part of the family. From the moment we arrived, their kindness and hospitality stood out. It’s rare to find such genuine people who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Thank you for everything, we truly felt cared for and appreciated every moment of our stay.

It was a brilliant experience living in this place. Felt too close to home, we had all the amenities mentioned by the Host. The host was the most hospitable and tended to our needs with warmth and care, he guided us through all the problems that we had. The location is also amazing, everything around is walkable. Would surely stay in this place everytime I come to Srinagar.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Saleha ji's property in Srinagar, and it was truly a delightful experience. Saleha ji is a gracious and kind host who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Her caring nature and warm hospitality were heartwarming. A special mention goes to Sudhir, the caretaker, who was always just a call away. He solved all our queries with patience and ensured that we were comfortable throughout our stay. His proactive approach and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to our experience. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered a serene ambiance, perfect for relaxation. It was my repeat stay at Shuja's place after 7 years. He is great host and always there to help. He ensured stay was comfortable. He went of his way and came to airport to receive us. Which was very nice gesture. House is walkable from Dal lake and we can enjoy the garden as well fromhere easily. He ensured good itinerary for rest of trip also. A friend's home.

Stayed for about a week in mid April. We were a group. Accommodation is as described. Very nice and comfortable rooms, all with double beds and wardrobes, attached clean bathrooms. One small living/sitting room, very spacious kitchen cum dining with more than adequate cooking and eating facilities. One extra washroom with washing machine. Property is housed within a large compound shared with host's house. Has a sit out area outside on the lawn. Everything is arranged very well. Mr.Danish was friendly, coperative and very helpful. He ensured that we all felt at home. Would highly recommend

great place.. spacious and best for the price. host was very friendly and responsive. we did call 12:30 am still she responded without any hesitation. would like to stay again and will come back definitely.

A fantastic place to stay - bright, airy and filled with natural light. The furniture and fixtures are of excellent quality, and tasteful decor adds a warm, welcoming touch. The linen provided was top notch, and the kitchen was well equipped with more than enough gadgets for convenience. The bathroom fittings were modern and high quality. The location is central, just 4 minutes drive to Lal Chowk making it perfect for getting around the city easily. The host was exceptional, warm, soft spoken and highly professional. Always ready to help with anything a traveller might need, thus making the stay even more enjoyable. Both the property and host deserve 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

The room was clean. The care taker was responsive. Even the owner is friendly. Bathroom and kitchen was cleaned. I like it.

Prof. Manan was an excellent host and went out of his way to help us. We stayed with my parents for 4 days on the property. The ammonites were as mentioned on the website. A caretaker, Mr. Firdous, was always available over a call. It was a home away from home. We could interact with Manan's mother and son, a toddler who treats us as a family. He was there to see us off at 4.00 am when we vacated and was leaving for the airport. We would love to come back and stay at this property again.

we had the honour and privilege of being one of the first few guests at Maskan Residence. it is a brand new purpose built residence. Sabiya and her son Arthar are absolutely wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with warmth and made sure our bags were carried up to our flat. They served us cups of heartening Kahwa tea and kulcha biscuits on arrival. They woke up early to see us off and when our driver was late, they served us tea and choet. we highly recommend Maskan Residence.
