Overall an extremely clean, friendly, and homely stay. Our hosts could not have been more responsive and friendly. The price was amazing and every description extremely accurate. One of the best airbnbs my wife and I have ever stayed at.

Extremely spacious apartment. Well stocked kitchen. Location very central for a 15min tuk tuk to most places. A full gym with rowing machine, tread mill and weights. Fantastic 25min pool. Great views to the east across the Royal Golf Course (with trains through the fairway). Mini mart on the complex.

Great apartment, cosy, tasteful and clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. It’s centrally located in Colombo in a leafy area, quiet and yet close to everything by foot or by vehicle. Mithra went above and beyond in finding options for us to have a celebratory meal for Sri Lankan New Year. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Indy’s place, just for a night but hoping to come back and stay longer. The property is absolutely stunning and gives you the perfect modern rustic vibe , the kitchen is stunning and the morning sun rays peeking through are breath taking. Kavinda the caretaker was very helpful and was always available. Definitely recommend staying here for a couple days to soak in the home.

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country. The place was a generous size, well maintained, great common spaces and bedrooms, very secure and wonderful location. Highly recommend for a family or small group! Thanks for hosting us!

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft, es war alles top. Hatten nichts zu beanstanden. Die Unterkunft ist sogar noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Schöner und sauberer Pool, sowie saubere Küche und Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Die Kommunikation war super und haben auch sofort einen Flughafentransfer über ihn buchen können. Auch wenn die Unterkunft sich in einer Seitenstraße von einer viel befahrenen Straße befindet, hört man von dem Verkehr nichts. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Every other five star I've given pales in comparison to this place! Highlight of our whole Sri Lankan trip. Breakfast and dinner were incredible, probably the best food we have eaten in Sri Lanka. The whole family was so friendly and helpful and Romeni and Grace even gave us a cooking demonstration. The hike through the cloud forest with Lal is also fantastic. The accommodation is very peaceful, we were sad to leave! Thankyou again.

Lovely stay. Location is outstanding, straight onto the beach. Sashi - the house keeper - is as kind as it gets and cooks amazing dishes. We celebrated our daughter's birthday and she came with a gift, not only for the birthday girl but also her sister... So kind.

Мы провели здесь месяц – это почти идеальное место! Интернет идеальный для работы, в т.ч. с видеозвонками. Удобная кровать с новым матрасом. Ванная комната – восторг! Туалет и душ отделены друг от друга, а горячая вода – это действительно горячая вода в безлимитном количестве и с великолепным напором. На кухне есть все, кроме турки для приготовления кофе, но это мелочь. С собаками мы подружились и часто играли. Они действительно лают, но только когда кто-то приходит, что в нашем случае происходило очень редко. Хозяева – прекрасные люди, общаться по всем вопросам было легко и приятно. Между нашими и соседними апартаментами нет шумоизоляции за счет тонкой двери в смежной стене. Мы сняли и эти апартаменты тоже и использовали их как отдельный рабочий кабинет. Когда на виллу кто-то приезжает, слышно абсолютно все, что происходит на улице в любое время суток. В любом случае моя оценка 10 из 10, потому что все перечисленные плюсы с лихвой компенсируют несущественные недостатки. Спасибо!

Gizelle was a super-host and actively helped us to plan a fortnight adventure in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 providing lots of tips and advice on what experiences and excursions there were, with an exquisite level of detail. We used many of her recommendations and were never disappointed. The villa manager and personal, professional chef Chaminda -was beyond attentive, always supporting and helping us with advice, and made the most AMAZING meals! We felt very spoilt and we loved the extensive range of meals and cuisines provided. A truly lovely and special man. All journeys and travel were arranged for us, and Kosala was an attentive driver for us, always telling us about the local attractions and sights with his extensive knowledge. The children adored him, and our son Leo would love to chat to him whilst he cleaned the pool. We came for my 40th bday where Chaminda decorated the villa for us and organised a cultural evening which was outstanding, and Gizelle even bought me a birthday cake 🥰Thank

We enjoyed our stay at Cosy Nook. It was spacious, airy, clean and comfortable and a quiet retreat yet conveniently located close enough to the airport, a 24/7 grocery store a short walk away and transport available freely by Pick Me app and on the main road nearby. The wonderful high ceilings added charm to the house and the huge veranda was a favourite relaxing spot for us. The full kitchen also had a water filter, which eliminated the hassle of having to buy bottled water. The hosts Merill and Inoka who live downstairs were super helpful and lovely people. Merrill helped arrange out transport from and to the airport, he even accompanied us when we needed to buy local Sims as the shop keeper didn't understand English. And Inoka helped find a driver guide for our day trip to Colombo. We really appreciated their kindness and help all through our stay. In all, a lovely place to stay and with very good and responsive hosts!

Mahinda und Kithmal sind sehr gastfreundlich. Sie sind sympathische und angenehme Gastgeber, die stets bemüht waren, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Bei allen Fragen und Anliegen waren sie jederzeit erreichbar. Vorab konnten wir das Haus sogar mit einem Verwandten besichtigen, um sicherzustellen, dass es unseren Erwartungen entspricht. Die Lage war für uns ideal – sehr zentral. Wir konnten problemlos mit Uber oder Pick Me Fahrzeuge für verschiedene Ausflüge und Aktivitäten direkt vom Haus aus organisieren. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm. Das Haus war gut gepflegt: Die Bettwäsche war frisch und sauber, und auch die Handtücher lagen bereit. Besonders hilfreich war das Moskitonetz, das in den Schlafzimmern angebracht war, um uns in den heißen Nächten vor Mücken zu schützen. Darüber hinaus gab es Seifenspender und Toilettenutensilien, die unseren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht haben. Auch die Klimaanlage und die Ventilatoren in jedem Schlafzimmer waren äußerst nützlich und sorgten

It’s very rare to come across such a special Airbnb like this one. Although the apartment itself is well designed and has a stunning view that pictures can’t do justice—it’s really the hospitality of Kunil and his family that was the biggest highlight of my stay. Kunil was incredibly helpful in sharing his local recommendations and made sure I was comfortable throughout. He even picked me up from the bus stop and dropped me off in the city after checkout. Believe the rave reviews of this place. Do yourself a favour and book this Airbnb, you will not regret it!

We stayed at Sanjayas place for four nights. The family was super kind and helped us with local advice such as restaurants and must-sees close by. They arranged transport to the house and again when we left. Their hospitality was warm and made us feel welcome. We would definitly recommend this place to others.

We spent 10 days at this nice apartment and we liked it very much. The location had easy access to transport and very secure and private. Irantha provided great hospitality and was very helpful with all our requirements during the stay. Cinnamon apartment is highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again!

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. A perfect place to stay with an ocean view, full kitchen, and large great room. The building staff was friendly and kept the building secure. Heshan was easy to contact.

Pushpa’s apartments are set inside a lovely gated garden next to their home, the place is very calm and tranquil. A great place to stay for the first or last few days of your trip if you are flying in/out of Colombo Bandaranaike airport. The apartment is really pretty with views of the green garden. Close to some nice restaurants and bars, and of course Negombo beach. Pushpa is friendly and welcoming.

Modern and spotless apartment with great air conditioning. Pool and gym were excellent. Would definitely recommend, particularly as Uthay was flexible with the check in and also gave us a late check out.
