Styled with a Mediterranean influence, this comfortable, generously appointed apartment located directly on the sea front offers you the perfect space in which to enjoy your stay in Dubrovnik. The Azure Apartment is a brand new modern two bedroom apartment with terrace, balcony, and garden with breathtaking sea views. It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Just 5 minutes of walking from Old City, this stylish home is located in Dubrovnik's most prestigious neighbourhood-Ploce, right across of 5 star hotel Excelsior and 1 minute from Banje Beach.Easy to find, no stairs on the street, the house was built in 1836 and stayed in the family. It's part of UNESCO World Heritage and it has been wonderfully restored; traditionally yet with modern touches.These spacious two rooms overlooking the sea, island of Lokrum and Old City will take your breath away.

Superior gallery apartment with balcony &sea view

This gallery apartment is located in Plat, a lovely touristic place in Dubrovnik region, in the south of Croatia. It has an amazing sea view and it is only 13 kilometers away from Dubrovnik Old Town. It is air- conditioned and fully equipped. It is set approximatley 200 meters from the nearest beach. There are five beautiful sandy and pebble beaches within 300 meters from our place and two restaurants within 100 meters. It is a perfect choice especially for families with kids. Free parking

Each room has its own air conditioner.BBQ on the terace, pets on request, suitable for disabled persons.s Separate entrance, without contact with other people ensures a carefree stay on the terrace and in the apartment.
