Top of Federal Hill Townhouse With Rooftop Deck

Wonderful newly furnished full townhouse located in the heart of Federal Hill, Baltimore's most sought after hip neighborhood. Everything you could want in a vacation rental is right here! Comfy beds, stellar location, open floor plan and all the amenities you need to make you feel right at home. The house sits right on the tippy top of Federal Hill so the 2 story rooftop deck provides the best 360 views in town showcasing beautiful sunsets, the city skyline, and M&T Bank Stadium. Kick back and enjoy the 49" 4k Smart TV which includes a soundbar, Netflix, HBO, and basic cable TV channels. Our historic townhouse was built in 1850 and has been recently renovated. It sits on a well lit, tree lined street in one of the most desirable streets of Federal Hill (location is everything in Baltimore). There are dozens of popular bars and restaurants for night life. This is one of the safest neighborhoods in Baltimore and the surrounding neighbors are extremely friendly, most of whom are families. Enjoy free parking in our private driveway with additional street parking available for free. Beds: BR1 = 1 queen sized bed BR2 = 1 Bunk bed (twin over double) + 1 futon couch BR3 = private loft with 1 queen sized bed Additional = queen sized blow up mattress in the front bedroom closet, pack and play in the front bedroom closet, double futon mattress in the basement *Note- each of the 2 bathrooms are private so you do not have to enter through someone's bedroom to access a bathroom It will be next to impossible to find another property this loaded for this price! Here is a list of some of amenities you will find here: - Comfy sofa and beds that were just purchased. All bedroom mattresses are Saintly Luxury Firm Rejuvigel Memory Foam, my personal favorite -49 inch 4k Smart TV with a soundbar, Netflix, HBO, and basic cable TV channels. -Blazing fast WiFi (1 gig, the highest speed offered in Baltimore) - Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and all of the cookware and basics you will need during your stay. - Home Essentials such as hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee and tea, soft linens and towels, silverware cups and plates - Dining room table ready for at least 6 people - Lots of closet and storage room - Heating and Air Conditioning at your control - Private keypad entrance for front door and back door where the driveway is located - The building has an awesome rooftop area! - Board games include cards, Bannagrams, Cards Against Humanity, Jenga, and Most Likely To Come and stay in my townhouse! I promise you will not regret it. The entire townhouse, driveway, rooftop deck, etc. are all yours to use exclusively! We like to give our guests space so you might not see us during your stay. Check-in is via a door keypad, so no need to worry about coordinating your schedule for a key exchange. I live in California but my co-owner/host lives just a couple blocks away. I am always available to answer questions and am highly responsive via text/call and Airbnb message Federal Hill is considered one of the most convenient and walkable neighborhoods in all Baltimore, with this well-lit, tree lined street one of its most desirable. Stroll just 3 blocks to come to a choice of dozens of popular bars and restaurants. -Uber -Charm City Circulator (free bus stop 2 blocks away) -Water Taxi a few blocks away that can take you to the aquarium and anywhere else you want to go. -MARC Trains to DC -Zipcar -Less than a 20 minute drive from BWI and just a few short minutes drive to access I-95, which avoids the traffic cluster noticed in other Baltimore neighborhoods -Walking -Bike/scooter ride share programs No parties and no smoking! The maximum amount of people allowed on the property at any given time is 10. I reserve the right to ask for a valid form of identification at the time of check-in. Failure to provide may result in cancellation of the booking at the expense of the guest. I also require that guests be respectful of the neighbors, there are awesome people living in the surrounding townhouses including a family with a newborn baby next door...please be mindful of this fact at all times. Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.

North Capitol Hill Luxury Townhome in Perfect Location

Vibrant colors and geometric patterns elevate this chic home to create a stylish and inviting ambiance. Decor items like the original local artwork exude a fun energy that complements the eclectic and diverse culture D.C. is known for. The unit comes with a complimentary parking pass for on-street parking. It is a private space with its own entrance on the basement level. A full-view glass entry door allows ample natural light. The entrance to the unit is on the L St side of the house, lower level. No key is needed. An access code will be given to guests prior to check in. I live in the upper two floors of this three-level townhome. The Airbnb unit is on the lower level. Consequently, I am nearby and able to address questions and requests quickly. The home is in a fantastic location that makes it easy to walk to iconic locations like Capitol Hill and the lively Union Market. The Union Station Metro is also nearby making it easy to explore the entire city at a moments notice. A parking pass is available with the unit; please request it in advance and remember to return it. Additionally, non-permit parking is available near the unit in two-hour intervals M-F between 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. It is available with no hourly restrictions M-F 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. and on weekends. An outdoor security camera is located near the entrance to the unit and captures outdoor activity only.

Quiet, Eclectic 2-Bedroom Townhouse in Old Town

Walk where George Washington walked at Christ Church, then create a hearty brunch in the Mediterranean blue-colored kitchen. With its mix of fun bright colors and Colonial style woods, this home is a delightful blend of rich architecture and modern whimsy. There's a fully stocked kitchen and a 'drink one, replace one' selection of beer and wine in case you can't get to the store before unwinding on the back patio or in front of the fireplace. Easy access to: Downtown DC (about $20 Uber ride,) ~20 min walk to Metro; Convenient to DCA; 6 blocks to King St.; 4 blocks to the historic GW parkway and Potomac River recreation path. Easy access to I-95. Ample on-street parking. The Dog House has stairs to access the bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is inappropriate for toddlers.

Very Spacious Modern & Comfortable Home in the lovely DelRay community in Alexandria, which recently ranked as the best tourist town in the US. Close to all the top places to see and be in the DC Metro Area. The Potomac Yard Metro stop is less than 1/4 mile, Reagan-DCA airport is 1 mile, the White House is 5 miles and old town Alexandria is just 2 miles. Our home is a few blocks away from charming Old Town Waterfront where you can go for dinner at top notch restaurants, visit art galleries, shopping, events, music festivals… or just sit there to feel the breeze, enjoy ice cream and watch the sunset &sailing boats on Potomac River. You also can take water taxi to The Wharf DC, Georgestown or National Harbor …. 15 minutes drive to DC attractions , DCA airport, Amazon HQ…bike ride Mount Vernon trail… We love it and hope you'll enjoy it too.
