great location. Host was very accumulating. Easy to get to the beach, they even had chairs and an umbrella. We were on a down stairs unit and could hear the people upstairs (heavy feet).

The space itself was very nice and the back patio was our favorite part. Carrie and her husband were very kind and responded quickly. Would definitely come again on our next trip to Florida!

Marc’s place was a great stay. Very clean, had everything my dog and I could have needed for a few days, and a great location for access to the beaches and many restaurants. The pillows and bed are extremely comfortable. I appreciated the comfortable beach chairs and sturdy beach umbrella. Poop bags and doggy steps provided which are thoughtful touches. Marc and Michelle are very friendly people and I appreciate them sharing their space with me. Thanks for everything!

Regina's place is terrific! It's clean, comfortable, and has lots of amenities. She is a great host and a lovely person. We enjoyed our visit and will come back. I highly recommend this place.

I felt it was more like a home rather then a B&B. I am planning to visit the area very soon and I definitely will inquire on this location and hopefully it will be available. Thank you for allowing me to stay at your fantastic B&B. Hope to see you soon.

The hostess did everything she could to make sure that my needs and accommodations were met. It got off to a rocky start but smoothed out once we got an understanding of each other

Wonderful place, amazing people. The apartment had everything we needed. My husband is a stroke surviver with a lot of mobility issues and Jo and Darrel were so accommodating for our special needs. We were here for 3 months, and I wish we didn't have to leave. This has become my new happy place. It is so peaceful and yet mere minutes away from anything you could need. Absolutely love the area and my evening walks around the neighborhood. My soul found much needed peace on the bench swing overlooking the lake. The only negative I could find (and a small one at that) is the lane is very rough to drive in, so be cautious. But honestly, it adds to the charm of the place. It became a joke for us as my hubby would overexagerate the bumps as we drove in and out. Our stay here was perfect in every way. Don't hesitate to book here. Whether it is just a week or several months. You'll love it!

Place was clean and comfortable. Nice little grassy area by the gulf to go for a swim. Close to restaurants and different small towns. Host was responsive and helpful. Nothing bad to say about this place.

This house was great. Very private location. The heated pool was very nice. Sandra is very responsive if you need anything. Definitely recommend staying.

We had a wonderful visit at the Milady's house. They were quick to respond, helpful, and allowed us to check in earlier. The house smelled great upon entering and everything was clean, organized, and without clutter. The large open concept kitchen/family room/dining room worked really well for the four of us, allowing all to be together but with plenty of space. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well. The outdoor space was great for morning coffee and offered both shaded and sunny sitting areas. The location is really convenient - Publix is within a mile as well as multiple restaurants. Downtown Tampa is lovely and an easy 10-15 min. drive depending on the time of day. I highly recommend this beautiful home for the quality, appointments, location, and wonderful hosts.

Andrew was on the ball and the house was comfort and clean. It smelt great when we arrived, that made me feel like he really cared about his house and his guests.

Was in town with my son for his athletic competition. Grant’s place as a home base was perfect. Very flexible with check in and check out as our schedule changed during the week. Spacious and comfortable home in a cute neighborhood. Worth noting that the street in front is busy and may bother light sleepers. But plenty of privacy and easy to access via the backyard patio to avoid the busy road at the front door entrance.

This house was perfect for our girls trip of 7! I was a little worried it could feel cramped but, the house felt spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms have lots of space! The backyard is so cute and we loved the hot tub! Additionally, Sarah has a lot of beach equipment which made our visit beyond wonderful. Each girl had their own beach towel AND chair. Definitely staying here again my next visit!! Consider this place for your bachelorette trip, we loved it!!

Jessica's place was ideal for our needs, as we are a group of 5 who were attending a music festival 10 miles away. The house is listed as being able to sleep many more, but it worked well for us - each couple got their own bedroom, while the single adult got the bunk bed room. If you prefer not to share bedrooms, plan for 3 couples. There is a master bath, another bath off the kitchen and a jack and jill bath shared by the other two bedrooms. I found the remodels of each bathroom gorgeous, but the showers were cramped and narrow, and two of the toilets were squeezed into a narrow space. YMMV. Absolutely gorgeous bathrooms, though. The kitchen is large and had nearly all amenities. There's a table for 4 in the dining area. As we were a group of 5, we ended up bringing in a chair from the lanai. If you have more than 4, you'll need to eat in shifts. The living room and lanai hav ample seating, but we tended to congregate around the table. Read the binder for all details!

Great place, across road from the beautiful beach. Stacey was really responsive and answered any questions. Would highly recommend and would stay in future.

So I left my lock box accidentally at this Airbnb. When I messaged the host, he found it and mailed it to me with absolutely no problems. I very much appreciate the initiative that this host had! the bedroom is very pretty and has the perfect vibe, lots of beautiful artwork around the house and in the room. the bathtub was super deep, great for a bubble bath. Again I just wanna say how wonderful this host genuinely is. I highly recommend this property.

Beverly's place was absolutely amazing! we stayed here for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been better. it's clearly a loved place, with a beautiful, quite beach a single minute walk away, with enough nice cooking gear to cook in the place, and wonderfully comfy furniture and beds! Beverly and Phil were incredibly responsive, kind, and just all around amazing hosts! We can't recommend it highly enough and can't wait to come back! if you have never flown a kite before, pick one up at John's Pass and try it on the beach here! it's a blast!

The condo was very clean and well organized. Very spacious. The rep for Al was helpful, responded to questions quickly, very pleasant. The location was perfect for our purposes. Would recommend.
