We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

The bed was so comfortable and the bedroom was quiet and dark with black out curtains. We slept really well there. The property checked off all our must haves including a comfy couch, table to eat at, washer/dryer, great shower pressure and temp. All around a nice stay. The host had wonderful communication and answered all questions in a timely manner. Check in and self locking door with handy keypad was helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Every detail was attended to right down to the fresh smell of the pillows!! She had snacks, water bottles and more importantly, ice! And it was not freezer burned, who knows how long it was there ice. Cute little coffee shop about a minute walk right behind the apartment. Convenient off street parking; quiet, safe & secure. Marilyn was very quick to respond to all communication from booking to good-bye. She was quite gracious letting me check in early. Her place is a short drive Treasure Island beach and even shorter to downtown St. Pete activities. Definitely highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

Very clean, comfortable bed, had everything we needed. Private entry, felt secure! We could have not asked for a more perfect accommodation! We would definitely stay at Richards place again!!!

Kathy was a great host! The place is in an awesome location, very clean and made us feel right at home. Super close to the water and loved that Kathy provided beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc). Highly recommend this place, will definitely be back! :)

Katherine is a fantastic hostess. Her place was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. She has thought of everything- the place is well equipped and stocked yet not cluttered. I LOVED the private screened porch and sat out there every morning with my coffee and every evening to relax before bed. Check in and out were a breeze. Parking is easy. The location is fantastic- plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and anything else you could want close by. I recommend a visit to Eagle Lake park for a walk or a picnic! This is a great place to stay if you are in the area!

Nice little apartment in a quiet neighborhood near down town. Clean with a private entrance and small private outdoor area.

The place looks exactly the way the pictures have it. It’s extremely clean and the owners are so nice. It was very cozy and I would stay there again.

Super cute, clean, and charming in a perfect location for getting anywhere you need to in St. Pete. The unit was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Gwen was very communicative and helpful.

I had a great stay at Yairely’s house in Tampa, Florida. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located, making it easy to get around the city. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I had a very nice stay at this lovely little Airbnb. The place had everything I needed and was perfect for a solo trip or for couples looking for a peaceful getaway. It's located in a super calm area, which made it ideal for unwinding and recharging. The pool was just a short walk away and was always clean and well-maintained—a great bonus for relaxing in the sun. The host’s parents live next door and were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth both before and during the stay, which I really appreciated. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend it!

Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

Just as listed. The outdoor space was gorgeous. It was very safe.

We have stayed at the oasis at Boca Ciega quite a few times. The condo is pleasant, with everything you need. If not, Russel is very responsive. There's a nice balcony and the view is spectacular. Pictures do not do it justice. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the other guests are friendly. All in all, it's a great environment to relax and enjoy the sun of Florida.

We just celebrated our 40th anniversary in Dunedin and our stay at the GroveKeeper Collective made our visit extra special. It was very peaceful with amazing surroundings. It was lovely to stay at Eagles Nest! The location was great - just steps from a relaxing biking/running path on the waterside, and a short walk to the shops/restaurants in Dunedin. The apartment was quite spacious, the beds were comfortable, full service kitchen, and everything was very clean. The walls are a little thin but the hosts provided ear plugs on the night stands which was a thoughtful touch. We have young children, and always travel with a sound machine which worked perfectly for us. We did not get the opportunity to enjoy the spa or pool, hopefully during our next visit!

We had an amazing time here. The condo was so spacious and clean, and nothing beats being right on the beach. The host was super responsive to a couple early questions we had as we settled in, and then we were set for the whole weekend. We’d definitely stay here again.
