29 Ebden – Architectural Home in Hobart’s North

Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

Seaview ~ A beautiful hideaway in central Hobart.

Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Set amongst native gum and banksia the cabin overlooks the clear waters of little Norfolk Bay. Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. Centrally located within the Tasman Peninsula it's a short drive to everything on offer. The Old Jetty Joint | Tasmania

This classic Tasmanian shack has been thoughtfully renovated to take full advantage of its spectacular location – perched overlooking Pirates Bay, only 150m from the beach. With one of Tasmania’s most stunning bays just across the road, your gaze will skip endlessly between the swell lines and the dramatic coastline beyond. A shack shaped by love, salt air, and laughter, where long days begin in soft linens and end by firelight. Ocean front with views of Park Beach and Frederick Henry Bay from both the inside and outside of the shack. Using the shack as your base, no matter which direction you choose to venture, there’s an array of experiences and activities to explore, 20 min to Hobart Airport, 40 min to Hobart, gateway to Richmond, East Coast, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula. Come drift for a while.

Spring Beach Cottage

Private cottage 100 metres from the white sand of Spring Beach, on a large block in a bush setting with beautiful views of the beach, Maria Island and the Triabunna lighthouse. Birds are in abundance and there is also a resident echidna. There is a surcharge of $30 for one night only bookings. ALL PROFITS ARE DONATED TO CHARITY (tariffs less out of pocket expenses, see receipts in visitors' book)

Sunways Orford

Formally known as Millingtons House, Sunways is a stone’s throw from the riverside and five minutes from the ocean. The house captures daylight from every compass point in spacious rooms that still have a lot of their original features. Sunways can host 4 guests across two spacious queen bedrooms and one shared bathroom. We welcome pets but request they must strictly remain off all furniture.
