Anna Rita's place in Assisi is located in a quiet location just a few steps from the bus stop in Piazza Matteotti. It is very easy to walk to shops, restaurants and all the important churches in the area. The apartment is very rustic with stone walls but has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Anna Rita was always responsive to questions and was flexible about my check in when I arrived on an early train from Perugia. Assisi is a beautiful city to visit and I would definitely stay here again.

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Court mais très joli séjour à Vignanello. Le logement de Maria Letizia est très, très beau et nous avons passé une belle soirée et matinée dedans. La communication avec Maria Letizia était efficace, et le self-check in facile.

What a beautiful home full of history and culture in the heart of Terni. We stayed in most nights to explore the many incredible books in Serena’s collection but the town is very walkable from the apartment and there are restaurants and groceries moments away. I hope to stay with Serena, who is such a welcoming and kind host, again soon.

L'appartamento si presenta accogliente, pulito e provvisto di tutto ciò che può servire! Le host sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche e abbiamo apprezzato molto la loro elasticità sugli orari. La zona è molto tranquilla e immersa tra gli ulivi. Consigliatissimo!!!

l'appartamento è su due livelli, ampio, dotato di aria condizionata. parcheggio vicino nelle vicinanze. zona comoda anche per raggiungere assisi in macchina o con l'autobus. sicuramente consiglato

La casa di Giulio è in una posizione ottimale,a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Foligno e vicina alle altre mete in zona come Assisi e Spello. Le indicazioni che ci ha dato per arrivare erano più che precise.Siamo arrivati molto in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check in e lui ci ha prontamente fatto portare le chiavi per accedere all'appartamento. La casa è molto carina e con un bel terrazzo,inoltre Giulio ci ha fatto trovare un lettino completo di tutto per il nostro bimbo piccolo.Lo consiglio vivamente!

Roberto’s apartment is lovely but even more important, Roberto is a very gracious host.He picked us up from the train station & his wife MaryJane met us in the apt & showed us around.The view from the apartment is awesome- the historic center with a view of the aqueduct.The apartment is just a short walk to the Piazza lV Novembre and the rest of the historic area. There is a mini metro that you can get in the historic area to get to the train station- we did 2 day trips to Assisi and Spello - both are lovely & worthwhile.We visited several churches in Perugia and toured the Underground and the Etruscan Well - recommend. There is a little sandwich/pizza place a few yards from the apartment that is great.Also we had porchetta sandwiches from the 1916 cart in the historic area- great! Our last day there, we found Mr. Norcy pulled porketta sandwiches - soooooo good. We lucked out on our last day the Eurochocolate Festival was there - yummy! We def recommend Roberto as a host-he is the best

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful home 10 minutes from Orvieto. Even better views than the pictures online. Nothing says Italy more than looking outside and seeing grape vineyards all around. The host, Piero, was very kind and the wine from his estate (available for purchase at the house) was terrific.

Siamo stati così bene con i bambini in questa bellissima casa che ci è dispiaciuto lasciarla. Tutto era perfettamente attrezzato. Siamo rimasti colpiti dall’ospitalità premurosa e attenta nei confronti degli ospiti. Grazie di cuore!

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

Abbiamo affittato l'alloggio di Roberto per passare gli ultimi giorni dell'anno. L'appartamento è perfetto per trascorrere del tempo in un ambiente tranquillo, in compagnia di amici. L'ambiente è confortevole e attrezzato per ogni esigenza con spazi esterni davvero molto ben curati. Roberto è stato disponibile ed estremamente gentile. Veramente un bel posto per passare del tempo piacevole.

Severino ci ha accolto davvero bene, dalla fermata dell’autobus ci ha accompagnato alla casa mostrandoci il necessario e donandoci anche informazioni utili arricchite da curiosità storiche. La casa impeccabile, abbiamo riposato molto bene!

Francesca was an amazing host, taking care of all details to make our stay spectacular! The house is lovely, spotlessly clean and in a perfect area to relax and enjoy the view or explore the beautiful old city of Deruta. We loved eating on the patio and thoroughly enjoyed hot tubbing at the end of long days of touring. I can’t say enough positive things about this stay and Francesca, the host!

Lauras apartment was a wonderful place to stay. Beautiful, cozy and in a very nice neighborhood. I recommend Laura to everybody who wants to stay in Perugia. 🌸

L'alloggio di Marco corrisponde in tutto alle foto. L'host è stato gentilissimo e ci ha offerto un check in flessibile che ci ha consentito di ultimare i nostri giri. La terrazza con vista lago è molto suggestiva e romantica. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati solo 2 giorni, ma abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci occorreva e anche di più, compresi una ciotala ed un materassino per il mio cagnolino. Top. La zona è tranquilla, verde e ben servita. Ottimo punto di partenza per le cascate delle Marmore , Narni, Labro , San Gemini e altre mete note. Di certo ci ritorneremo . Grazie Marco.

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

Un ottima esperienza . L'appartamento è veramente bello, arredato e rifinito con gusto, pulitissimo, molto spazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario. Molto comodi i letti. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e si parcheggia senza problemi proprio di fronte allo stabile. Laura è stata gentilissima nel risolvere un piccolo inconveniente e ci ha dato un consigli su dove cenare. Veramente piacevole rilassarsi la sera in appartamento dopo le giornate passate in giro a visitare i dintorni, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ci è piaciuto tanto e lo consigliamo vivamente.

We stayed a month at Mira’s place. Mira’s place had all the necessities for our stay. I was able to cook some delicious meals in her kitchen. We enjoyed our time in Narni and exploring the greater Umbrian region. Many beautiful hilltop towns and villages to explore here

Molto soddisfatto. Anche se solo per una notte l'appartamento mi è piaciuto parecchio sia come posizione che come struttura.

Antonio è disponibile e simpatico. Ci ha dato consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Appartamento ristrutturato carino, pulito e funzionale. Ottima la posizione per visitare la Tuscia.

Our stay at Rosa’s was more than we could have hoped for. Rosa and her husband were kind, caring and extremely helpful. Rosa is a detailed person and wants her guests to enjoy themselves and feel right at home, which is what we did. We cannot say enough about Rosa and her husband. The apartment was exactly the kind of authentic Italian home that you would hope for. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking some Italian meals! We loved Cortona. We enjoyed the location which was practically in the main square. There were many great restaurants within a couple minutes walk. We enjoyed the market in the square every Saturday. Our favorite was strolling through the streets of Cortona and taking in the amazing views. The central location made it a great home base for us. It was easy to catch a bus and train to discover more of Tuscany. This was by far our best Airbnb experience and highly recommend it.
